I have received this order at this condition, I think market is better option to purchase this..

UPDATE: EXCELLENT WARRANTY SUPPORT We got excellent warranty support during this lockdown. The inverter was having a charging issue and affected my work. The support was prompt and the technician came during the lockdown. On the first visit he couldn't fix it (coz the boards he had were faulty), but after 2 weeks he came again and fixed it. UTL Kerala didn't try to misuse the excuse of Lockdown. Kudoos Got the product delivered earlier. The package was okay, but the front display and board were not working. Initially raised for replacement but the only refund was available. Booked a complaint with UTL. Support was prompt. The issue was because the connector cable got due to transportation. According to the technician, it is a common thing for those delivered through Amazon. Update: You won't get the warranty in Kerala for UTL inverters purchased from Amazon. I got a call from the service head claiming this, even though UTL doesn't have a policy. UTL assures warranty support, but your risk.

I ordered this inverter through seller "Aastha Power Solution". I very highly recommend this seller because the inverter product packaging was best with all sides covered with thick foam and with additional external hard box which safe guards the original product box and hence the inverter remains ultra safe with four layers (1st layer the inverter in thick thremocol, then 2nd layer as inverter original box, 3rd layer as the outer foam covering inverted box with all sides & 4th layer as additional outer hard box). Also the seller is very humble & helpful for all the queries related to inverter installation & technical details. Additionally the inverter is quite heavy & sturdy with best in-class display & features.

Very poor service from UTL customer support

I bought this recently.. it comes with 12 SQ MM battery cable. Is it enough for a 1KVA inverter?

After instalation it worked verywell around 2 months then it started giving continuous trouble for me. 1st issue come is showig short circuit . i called the electrician and thoroughly checked my electrical wiring and appliances found no issues with them later i contacted customer care and they sent the techincian he replaced the main board and worked for 2 weeks and afterwards it started with another issue not sensing the Main always runs on battery and solar till the battery drains again called customer care techincian arrived and replaces another board and said it wont give any other problems, right after one day started with another error E5 technician tried trouble shooting over the phone nothing worked. and finaly stopped responding my msgs. raised another complaint waiting eagerly to get it rectified.
