Nice size and one side is flocked material. Comes with a nice elasticated bandage type pouch which can wrap around your head. I use for bad headaches and the help a great deal.

These worked so well for what I needed. I had surgery on the bones in my face and my entire face swelled up like a balloon. These were just the right size to hold in one hand and place on different areas of my face; under my eyes and around my jaw etc. They never get completely stiff so I was also able to bend them in half, and the fabric side never gets wet so is always comfortable to have on the skin. Or you can use the sleeve they come with. I tested them one day, I used one under one eye and not the other and could really see the difference after half an hour. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is because they melt and warm up quite quickly, but of course they will when against warm skin and there are 6 so the turnaround in the freezer isn't too bad. They'll also last for years, and although my swelling has gone down now (thank goodness) I'm sure they'll come in handy for my sons! Really really pleased with this product.

Due to illness I suffer from daily facial and neck pain, I also have severe rash like red outbreaks on my face daily, I have tried facial ice packs but they tend to lose their cool very quickly, so I purchased these great little ice packs, so pleased with them, I can now use two for around half an hour and I can then replace them with other cool ones so giving me loads more cooling time in order to take the ache out of my face. The band that comes with the pads is good, can use really all over the body if required. I have put the pads in the freezer for two hours, and also over night, both times the pads were still flexible to use, so all in all really pleased with this purchase well worth the money

Mould to my eye so perfect for migraine when it’s behind my eye! As others note they do warm up within 10-15 min however there are enough that you can rotate them. I like the little pouch they come in to store in the freezer.

I used to reduce bruising and pain for self administered subcutaneous injections, holding on one before, and then using a second that had stayed cold long enough to use after. The size was perfect, and the temperature was cold enough using the woven side (the other, colder plastic side, seemed to cause an itch after a while, either frostburn, or allergy?). Having six meant there was some leeway in replacing the warm ones in the freezer. They come in a rectangular protective freezer bag that is wide enough to allow placement in two convenient columns. The bag comes punched with a small hole, so isn't fully airtight. Haven't had a use for the elasticated band.

I bought these to use over my eyes post op. The size is great, it covers my eyes and part of my cheeks, which is targeting the swollen parts perfectly. They’re very easy to use. They arrived all intact - no leakages. Also no breaks so far in use but I’m not pushing the product to its limitations by way of temperature or handling. I feel the cloth backing could’ve been slightly thicker but the cloth sleeve that comes with it can be helpful for added protection when applying to the skin.

Hatte meinen großen Fußzeh gebrochen und brauchte eine Möglichkeit meinen Fuß zu kühlen ohne dass das Kühlpad verrutscht oder die falschen Stellen kühlt. Dieses hier ist perfekt.. Es gibt viele kleine die man schnell abwechselnd in die Kühlung legen kann ohne dass man am ende ohne eins da steht bzw sitzt. Man kann 2 pads in das kleine Säckchen nebeneinander stecken um eine größere Stelle zu kühlen. Bei meinem Zeh reichte eins. Je nachdem welche Seite man nach unten legt ist die Kühlung stärker oder schwächer. Auch ist es möglich das Band so zu drapieren und festzukletten, dass es nicht zu kühl ist und man damit schlafen gehen kann, ohne Angst zu haben dass man Erfrierungen bekommt 😁👍 trägt sich sehr bequem und ist nicht schwer. Wunderbar 👌👌👌 klare Kaufempfehlung! Besonders bei solchen Verletzungen an Gelenken und Knöcheln der Klettverschluss hält bombig stark, der Verband ist schön weich. Je n'ai testé ces sacs que pour leur rétention de froid, ils sont plutôt efficaces et soulagent pendant 10-15 min une douleur dentaire par exemple. Toujours en bon état après plusieurs mois au frigo et congélateur.
