Have been taking this for a month now, I feel like this could be better. As with any other Omega Oil products I don’t see any noticeable improvement in my health and performance. This one gives me fishy burps so yeah, there is that uncomfortable odor that I am having to live with which is not ideal. I have not had any issues with my digestion but the fishy blurps are making me to not consider purchasing this again.

Best thing about this fish oil is that it's 100% mercury free, I did my research and even found out too 100% lab certified tested fish oil. As an adult 500-600 BHA and DHA is a safe dosage to go with it gives around 400 per 1000 mg. If you want a good immunity, skin, bone & brain health you can go with this. I've been using it over 6 months now, I can truly say it go me changes to my health.
