how and were are these made?

I believe they are made in China. But stored in amazon warehouses. I’ve purchased a few orders and they always come within a cpl days in the same box as my household items I order so they can’t be coming from far. I live in Florida lol

Can these stickers be removed from a water bottle or laptop without leaving residue?

If it's water bottle(not laptop ) use hair drier to heat up a little. Sticker will come off easy.

Like in the image, if placed on a coffee mug and placed in a microwave, is it safe and will it stay on?

Not a chance. I'm pretty sure it would melt and peel. You can find and create customized mugs that are dishwasher and microwave safe, though!
