Another Good movie
little slow in the beginning, but then it became pretty good.

kill criminals in another country
I like the action and violence. I like the 5.1 surroundsound I like the shooting; there is plenty for my taste. I like the punching and kicking. I will use this movie to help determine the next movie that I watch.

Scott Adkins as Clint Eastwood
Scott Adkins single handedly makes this movie watchable, not that it's a bad movie. His fans look forward to a lot of action, and a little more would have helped "El Gringo." But as it stands, this is a fun fish-out-of-water movie about a cop stuck in a small drug cartel town where no amount of American money can get him a glass of water. The highlight of the film is a gun fight (about an hour into the movie) where Adkins shows his athletic skills by shooting from every possible angle while jumping, rolling, spinning and falling. I swear, it must last 5 minutes and was pretty darn cool.

THIS GRINGO IS ON THE RUN!!!
EL GRINGO is an exciting after dark action flick starring SCOTT ADKINS. It has plenty of good fights like some of his other recent movies as NINJA and UNDISPUTED 2: LAST MAN STANDING. SCOTT manages to please his fans in all the scenes where he uses his deadly moves and manages to kill all of the thugs with one shot in just a few minutes. Knowing his unique skills, he should have been put in the guinness book of world records for the best shooter in this movie. OH HE'S ONE BAD GRINGO!!!

One For Fans Of Old School Action
An earlier effort from Scott Adkins, this is essentially a neo western, starting somewhat like Mel Gibson action vehicle How I Spent My Summer Vacation (aka Get The Gringo) Adkins crashes through the border into a Mexican town with a bullet in his arm and bag full of cash. From then on every gang member or local crazy is after him, the cash or both. Cue lots of shoot outs, foot chases, and close quarters combat, if you're a fan of Adkins, this is a must as his action output maybe low budget but it puts to shame some of the bigger budget action movies, and this while familiar is a pleasantly old school '80's style action flick.

Quirky and action packed
Really quirky and entertaining western style film in a similar vein as Desperado that's lots of fun. Moves at a very swift pace, has plenty of really bloody violence (mainly gun fighty rather than martial arts) and a pretty entertaining and charismatic performance by Scott Adkins as the lead. Well worth your time if you like this sort of thing.
