Misleading advertisment, order with caution
If you need to log your results to a PC then don't purchase this meter. While the ad says "PC connection", no cables or software is provided. Very misleading if you ask me. If that is sold separately, make it clear in the advertisement. I feel like I've been duped with this one. I'd send it back if I didn't need it for work next week.

It's ok
It does what it says, and I'm assuming it's accurate - I don't have the tools to check it. For that at least it gets an "ok." What I don't like is the cheap cheap cheap build quality. The number plate surround immediately popped loose, the battery cover got a crack in it when I took it off, and it is very large but very light. As if there was nothing in it. Took the case off, and... yep. This thing could have been 1/5th the size. I also don't like that it says I can record with it, but that required also getting a $70 cord + software combo. Well, just the cord, because the software was so awful I ended up just using a serial port terminal to manually log the data. Also, it only records the data at a pitiful 1Hz. So, yep, it's a sound meter, and yes, it can record, but I expected better for a $200+ device.

Great meter for the price

One way it could be better.
Meter works as expected. I wish that it would hold the "fast" vs. "slow" setting on power-off like it holds the scale setting and other settings (it always resets to "fast" on power-off). I expect most users perform the majority of tests on the same settings, and it makes testing more error-prone to have some settings retained and others not.
