Easy to assemble, the instructions are clear and accurate, the needed materials are all there and just one screw driver is needed. The product looks good, good quality for the price and very stable. The burner works very well and the gas connection. It does heat very well even at low speed. Not a bulky gas fire pit. Happy with my purchase.

This fire pit is almost perfect! It stands a bit higher than I actually wanted but other than that, perfect. If you put it in an area where there is a breeze, (and in most areas there is), you will need a glass wind shield. Be careful of the one you buy as it is recommended to have a 2 to 3 inch clearance on each side of the burner area for safety. I bought one too small and had to return it for a much larger one and they charged me a $20 return fee. This Fire pit goes together very easily, and starts right up with no issues. The blue included rock looks wonderful and is enough to cover the burner. Puts out heat for sure, but may not be enough for very cold winter evening, that's something we have yet to find out. The look is beautiful, and the glass wind shield works perfectly, but without it, any breeze will blow the flame.

Overall, I like my Bali Outdoor Fire Pit (rectangle, 42 x 24 x 24 inches, 60,000 BTUs). The flame looks great; it has height and length (thanks to rectangular shape of the fire ring) and can be dialed up or down. I didn't have an issue with the ignitor - everything worked on the first try. No issues with connecting the propane tank. If you have a propane grill, it's the same set-up. The fire pit serves my purposes: smallish, relatively inexpensive, decent flame height, stable, solid top to hold a cup of tea, and the height of the fire pit matches the height of my current deck chairs and bench. And, because I'm a square-ish guy, I wanted a rectangle fire ring as opposed to a circular fire ring. I'm not a DIY type so I wasn't looking forward to assembling the fire pit. The box was heavy and likely due to the ceramic tiles and the blue fire rocks. The fit pit, itself, is very light - think sturdy alloy steel, but definitely not heavy. For lack of a better description, think of it as a sturdy tin rectangular box. For the price, though, it was fine. I didn't have need for a fire pit worth thousands of dollars for the deck. I assembled the fire pit by myself and it took about 1.5 hrs. The instructions were straight-forward. All the nuts and bolts were shrink-wrapped (you'll need a Phillips screwdriver) so there were no loose screws floating around in the box. None of the ceramic tiles were broken, cracked, or chipped. There was an imperfection on the top near a corner; looked like a smudge/flaw inherent in the metal that should have been caught by quality assurance after it was manufactured. Not a deal-breaker, but when you buy these types of things online, you get what you pay for, and you have to cross your fingers. I usually expect something to be wrong. Sad, but that's the state of e-commerce. On the backend is shipping: with heavy boxes, you hope for the best. I watched the delivery guy haul the fire pit box out of his truck without much care with regard to handling. I'm surprised there wasn't severe damage, especially to the ceramic tiles. But the manufacturer does get credit: it was very well packed. (Just to be safe, I took photos of the shipping box, which had some exterior damage, and other photos, as I opened the box and surveyed the contents. All this in case I had to send it back.) I also ordered the Bali Outdoor Fire Pit Cover, khaki (42.2 L x 24.2 W x 22.8 H inch) - fits perfectly. And I ordered the GASPRO Fire Pit Wind Guard (Series 401/403 Fire Table, 29 x 13 Inch rectangular). The wind guard fits fine. It's heavy, which is a good thing, and assembly did take some effort. I live where it's windy so I'm not sure if the wind guard is all that successful. I like the heat from a fire pit and I don't yet know if the wind guard is blocking the heat. [When there is no wind, the flame looks great.] Lastly, I also purchased some white fire rocks to mix with the blue fire rocks that came with the fire pit. FYI: Once you unpack the fire pit, you will have LOTS of Styrofoam and recyclable cardboard. My floor was a mess, and you really should find a large area to assemble the fire pit. Makes the process go a lot faster.

There is a lot to like about this Fire Pit Table. It's put together well enough, and assembly wasn't too complex. The flame/output is excellent for our back porch, producing a decent amount of heat and providing a great ambiance. The ignition is tricky. On my unit, I have to depress the ignitor and the gas access at the same time. Once lit, the unit works great. I want to comment on their customer service. Initially, the table was not what I expected. Then, after assembling it, I had an issue with the ignitor. In BOTH cases, customer service was prompt, courteous, generous, and helpful. They addressed my disappointment and immediately sent a replacement switch for the ignitor. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.

Purchased this and the Vevor glass shield. Solid construction, easy assembly and good burner. Blue rocks and flame make an excellent display with good height and flame play. Cvellent size and met all my expectations at a very value price point. Highly recommended.

Easy to set up and use, and looks amazing. Perfect for the patio. I suggest getting the matching glass shield, and getting a cover to protect it from the elements.

I like the 42-inch size—fits nicely on our patio and gives off a nice wide flame. Putting it together was straightforward, no issues. The flame control works well, and one tank seems to last through several nights without refilling too often. It puts out enough heat to warm up the area on cooler evenings. Feels solid and stable for everyday use. Just wish the wind guard came included.

Overall, this product is excellent. Everything about it looks great. It is a quality pit that is “solid” when put together. It can be moved easily as well once fully constructed. It won’t blow away though. It is easy to light and it HIDES the tank as well. My wife, who is very picky selected this one after hours of research. She felt this was the best fire pit for our back year. Quality, look, easy to light, etc.. Plus, she liked that it hid the ugly tank underneath. I agree wholeheartedly. I am impressed with this fire pit. It “ups” the aesthetic look on my back yard. Installation: This is the only part where I was frustrated. I hard to take it back apart because I didn’t put the metal rod on to help with stabilizing the bottoms piece that supports the propane tank. This in turn made me realize I hadn’t turned the bottomed piece the correct direction either. Wonderful!!!) also, I never used the super long bolts in the bottomed part. It didn’t make sense to do so. Being longer added nothing to the support of the bottom base. It just would add a whole lot more twisting with a screw driver. PS- I wouldn’t use a drill on this product. Most screws are small. Just make sure you have a longer shafted screwdriver what is thin…not one of those multiple tipped ones. They are too thick to use when installing side panels. In closing, it is a great product. I am very happy with our purchase. My backyard is becoming the place I had always wanted when I was younger…where I am able to create memories with my family. Plus, my daughters like to have kids over because her parents have a nice fire pit. Thank you! PS: We bought a glass piece for the top. I was not in support at first, but it does help with protecting the flame on breezy evenings. We also changed out the fire glass as well. My wife wanted the 1-2 inch blue glass versus the round shaped ones it came with. ***It took two bags to cover it right.***

It’s beautiful and works great! Would def recommend. Easy assembly, it’s almost all assembled when received. Extremely happy I went with the blue glass then the dark, it brings out the fire more.
