Just got it today
It Just came today and is exactly what I wanted. Great tips given in a nice format. It covers about everything and a little more.

I hate to clean so this gives me quick tips to make the tasks easier, more efficient and saves time.
Worked P/T as a teenager in Housewares Dept. so have known how to fold towels and fitted sheets since I was 17. One customer deemed folding a fitted sheet correctly means you're ready for marriage! At 17? NO I do cringe when I see towels hanging incorrectly, but prefer a cleaning person for my house. Not always affordable so this book has been a huge help guiding me through a job I'ld rather not do. Thanks Charles. I may not enjoy cleaning, but at least I know I'm doing it correctly. Don't need the manners book. My Mother took care of that.

The book is a lot smaller than i expected but still had an interesting read and tips.

A lot of helpful tips
It is full of ideas and extremely helpful hints on how to clean and organize. There are also recipes for making you own cleaning supplies. I will definitely be trying some of them in the new year.

I really like Charles the Butler, but this book is really quite useful, even if I am not a butler and nor do I own a big house. The information is really for everyone.
