I've had severe leg cramps, mostly at night, and muscle spasms in my tonsil. This has been going on for 10 years. Words cannot describe how severe the pain is. Normally you simply get out of bed, take a few steps and the cramps let up. NOT THESE! It would take soaking in a tub of hot water at least 3 minutes, but I would stay in the tub for at least 15 minutes. I stumbled across liquid magnesium, and man was I ever thankful.
