I orded this package a while ago. It took over 1 month to recieve the item. Unfortunately, it came in damanged and my aunt didnt really look at it when recieving. I called the seller to say the unit had physical damage to it. They said it should have been refused at delivery and they cant do anything about it. I Got around to setting it up after some time goes by. Thing doesnt even work. I opened it up and the whole circuit board is cracked on all corners. What a waste of time and money. I had to spend 85 to send it to dent shark and dont know how much the repairs will be.

Once I read the instructions, the dent remover worked great!Like any other tool, working with it is very important. I am pleased with the Shark. It does what I expected of it and wouldn' t trade it for anything!

this Is one of the best inventions of time, For it 120 volt power range. It needs abetter pulling handle.,,
