By Nature Hyaluronic Acid + Aloe Vera Facial Cleanser (7 oz)

I was very happy with this. It worked great, very gentle and lasted a long time. However, it is no longer available! I Do hope it comes back. I am now using another facial cleanser from this brand and don't have any real complaints about it so far, but I would happily return to this product!

Wow, is this great stuff! But use a *tiny* amount; the first time I used it, I applied what I *thought* was a little dab of the cleanser to my damp face, and boyo-boy, I had so much lather it took forever to rinse off, LOL! I *loved* the way my skin felt afterward though, so the next time I tried just a *tiny* small amount, and it worked wonderfully. Now that I've got the "small means SMALL" through my head, I'm using it and continuing to love it. It's actually manager to impress me! My facial skin is clean, moisturized, and feels great. I can't say enough great things about this "By Nature" cleanser, first time I've tried this company's products, but I'll order the cleanser over and over. I have sensitive skin, too, and no irritation at all. Buy it! You'll be glad you did. I sure am! :)

This product works well but dries the skin a little. Also there was product discolouration at the opening of the bottle when it first arrived upon opening.

I've been using this face wash for several years now. I've tried other brands, even more expensive ones, but I always come back to this one. I've even started using it to wash my whole body. My skin feels soft and moisturized after using it. It's my favorite.

Don’t over use this it’ll break the natural skin barrier and cause break out

Makes my face feel amazing! Moisturizing, and doesnt feel dried out, especially during this time of my life! Highly recommend!

I was excited to try these new face washes, but I was very disappointed with the condition they arrived in. One bottle had a cracked seal, and the other had visible mold all over the top. I’ve attached photos for reference. To make matters worse, I placed the order on April 10th, and it didn’t arrive until a month later—despite a promised delivery date just a few days after ordering. Given the poor condition of the products and the delayed delivery, I’m requesting a full refund. I’m not comfortable accepting a replacement unless both a refund and replacement are provided.
