Does laptop speed reduces with this battery as compare to original battery ?

Not that I can tell. It does not hold a charge too long, but neither did the original battery. It was inexpensive and my son installed it. He uses the computer. I do recall he had some issues with the install, the screws are tiny.!

Why do replacement batteries for Dell 5570 have so many different sizes and weights?

All of the computers they sell are slightly different, even if the same model. corporate computers are different than the ones they sell to schools, colleges, Costco, Amazon etc. After the initial selling of the computer, the home consumer will need to replace the battery before the computer gets old enough before they replace it. I'm one of the guys.
