Nowhere are readers told how to cook the Vesta Products, or to store them?

The paella dish is very easy to cook. You can either cook this in a frying pan or a bowl which goes into the microwave. If using a frying pan put some butter into it and melt it on a high heat. Add the rice and cook this for approximately 2 minutes. Then add the paella part into the mixture and 1 pint of boiling water. Bring this up to the boil and simmer until a majority of the water has been absorbed. If using a glass bowl put in all the ingredients and some butter and add a pint of boiling water. Put into the microwave for about 18 minutes. After this time give it a stir and it should be cooked perfectly. If not put back in for an additional minute or so. Hope this helps.
