Really love it... and just wanted to try it out after Dr Axe recommended as its great for the gut, anti-ageing, super nourishing and energy booster.... ! I have it mixed in water and it tastes like a super strong espresso! :) You can really experiment and may even have it as a latte.... !

Tastes awful
Too early to comment on effect so will update in the future for now I will just say what I know. Taste/smell: this stuff smells like a musty old shed and unfortunately does not taste as good as I would imagine that shed would taste. That said the flavour me is very reminiscent of mushrooms which I love so once mixed with something it can be palatable. I personally add it to my morning protein shake which a double espresso thrown in doesn't completely hide the flavour but is good enough. Measuring: as this company doesn't provide a spoon it was guess work as to how much 500mg was with trial and error I have found using my jewellers' scales that a very level 1/4 tsp is approx 500mg. Would have been nice to have a measuring spoon with it, but beggars can't be choosers and the price is really good. Effect: early days only had it 3 days no noticeable effect yet, but I'll give it time. that said if it has little effect the trade off for taste isn't worth it.

Great taste, will buy again.
Great tasting product which I have added everyday to smoothies. The taste is quite woody/smokey and compliments and chocolate flavoured protein powders. Mixes well with maca, lacuma and wheatgrass.
