My large, chewing puppy loves this and thankfully it has held up to her abuse! She runs around with it, tosses it and chases it when it bounces. Putting treats inside it keeps her busy and tires her out. So far we love it!

If your dog destroys stuff get the biggest one, its expensive but worth it. I have a 60# female pitbull mutt, we play with it literally everyday, it's her favorite toy. She gets focused on scissoring little bits off when left to her own and it still lasts for a couple three months. Nothing else we have found even comes close. BUT it MUST be the black kong for XXL dogs. Anything else, including all of the smaller kongs, is shredded to bits in 10 min or less.

Our six year old 92 pound Old English Bulldog is the certified king when it comes to destroying even the toughest toys.He'll rip through a giant Nylabone like a buzz saw through butter - although the Nylabone products are great we toss them after they show significant wear. Kong is another brand we trust and buy without hesitation, although never at this gargantuan size. That said, and after a week of Harley chomping away at this toy there isn't a single scratch.He adores it, which is amazing because he's incredibly finicky about toys and loses his interest after a few days or has completely destroyed them - the latter being the most prevalent cause. This toy is just Great, Yes it's huge and heavy but still perfect for most any big chewer I would say with the exception of very small breeds most any size dog will just relish this giant Kong.I mention this because it has tiers of different circumference , which I believe to be an extremely well thought design feature in most all of the Kong line. So even at this size - medium, large and giant breeds are sure to enjoy it. Personally, I appreciate dog toys that are designed to appeal to dogs and not humans. Few can make that claim but Kong toys are definitely one of them. I've seen this toy in the stores but always passed it by thinking it was too expensive for a toy my dog wouldn't play with for long. Finding it on Amazon for close to 50% off? it was a no brainer - done, click, buy. If you're looking for an excellent toy, that can stand up to the "jaws of life" of those hardcore, big time chewers - you can't go wrong.

Kong toys are awesome!! Put a little peanut butter or whatever your kids like inside and it’ll keep them occupied for hours!! 👍🏻👍🏻

It’s been 4 months and hardly a scratch. I’m impressed. We’ve tried a large black Kong, Goughnuts work to eat and other “tough” brands. Mangled and questionable safety after 3-4 months for others, but not these. Our dogs are excited each day these come out after swimming. Recommend highly.

Good for power chewers. Our dog can still break it down in about 2 weeks or less. I think it is a bit expensive for a big hunk of rubber, but finding a comparable item to last as long is a challenge. I deducted a star for cost considering how quickly our dog goes through one (and she is about 50 lbs.). We still purchase these, however, if I find a comparable item for a reduced cost, I will be trying it.

This has helped me raise both and Australian cattle dog and a German shepherd and it’s still in perfect condition.

I have a constant chewer. Cane corso. 5 years old. He's on 3 or 4 Kong toys now. These are the best toys I've ever found for him. Wish they were other colors for the heavy duty to choose from, but it is what it is. It's an ugly toy, it's not soft, it's a squeaky toy once they get to chewing. It's got a rubber smell, it's hard, it's definitely got a bounce that'll break some things if not carefully thrown. But, it's the only toy that has ever lasted more than a month, yes. Your dog will still chew it up (my dog did) but it'll last them more than ten minutes. I love these toys for him, and they better not ever go out of business 😂

I got the Kong xl for my Rottie. I find it to be a little to small.. returned and got the XXL .. perfect size. (A tad big, but still very acceptable). The big boy loves it!

Esse já é o 2° que eu compro. Não tem brinquedo melhor! Esse foi o único que durou bastante. Recomendo para quem tem cães que destroem todo e qualquer brinquedo.

Unser junger sehr großer Königspudel mit kräftigem Gebiss kaut täglich mehrmals einfach gerne. Alle Spielzeuge von der Marke KONG leben auch nach längerer Zeit noch. Wir haben schon so viele andere Spielzeuge gekauft, die nur kurz hielten und dann in vielen kleinen Teilen im Garten oder im Wohnzimmer verteilt lagen, dass ich es fast aufgegeben hatte etwas zu finden, was länger hielt. Ich wäre ja schon mit einer Lebensdauer von 2 Wochen zufrieden gewesen… aber die Spielzeuge von KONG leben teilweise schon ein halbes Jahr ohne größere Gebrauchsspuren. Dieser KONG ist zwar erst ein paar Tage bei uns, aber auch er erfüllt voll seinen Zweck und hat noch keine Gebrauchsspuren. Volle Kaufempfehlung.
