Katbite Parchment Paper Rounds, Non-Stick Heavy Duty, White, 10 Inch 400Pcs

The product itself (10 inch parchment rounds), is very, very good. Very handy! Very useful! Unfortunately, the packaging needs some work. These parchment rounds tend to fall out of the current box, all over the floor when you least expect it. Needs some way to easily re-seal them, (perhaps a " half-moon" perforated opening) so they can be removed from the box one at a time without falling out. Still give them 5* for durability and practicality...even though most of one box ended up on the kitchen floor and then had to ne trashed. Now using a rubber band to keep box closed.

I have 2 sizes of these and I use both. They are great to use under pizza. GF dough is very moist and works best with parchment under. This allows pizza to slide off the paddle easy peezy. Also use when making tortillas and under bread on my cast iron bread/pizza stone (Double sided griddle). These are sturdy enough that if you are doing multiple rounds you can reuse the papers on the next pizza or loaf of bread. Did three rounds of pizza that way.

I have a stovetop pizza oven, which I love, but had been cutting my own parchment circles to use. Then I saw these and realized what I mistake I was making. These are amazing. They work perfectly in my pizza oven and make pizza making into a much easier process. I've not tried them in other scenarios, but I'm sure they would work great in just about any scenario. These should last me for many years to come.

Much more pleasant tortilla making experience. What I dislike about this product is that there is a finite amount in the box.🙂

Call me lazy, I'm good with that! But I buy soft tortillas and freeze them. I used to pull off of the roll of wax paper, and trim it. The tortillas are 10", these items are 10" and round like tortillas. Coincidence? I think not! I open the package of tortillas, put a sheet of this product between all the tortillas, and zip the tortillas back up in the original package. Pull them out of the freezer, grab my one tortilla with no breakage from being stuck together. :)

They work great

Item appears to be good quality an packaging is nice. However it is too big for my 10 inch pan by about 1/8 inch, so now I have to cut them down, which is annoying as i need them daily.

I use these inside my air fryer, on top of paper plates when cooking sticky food like burritos and roll tacos with melting cheese etc.
