Disappointed that the front of the package says “plant based” but the ingredients reveal that the product contains milk. Why is this?

Back to Nature recently reformulated their products to be fully 'plant based' except for honey in some. Why they do not officially certify them as vegan I don't know. But there has been confusion on all of their listings due to their Amazon listings showing the old ingredients for some varieties, and some customers getting old non vegan versions.

I would say if you get the non vegan version contact Amazon for a refund/exchange since you got the wrong product. I ordered the Cheddarlicious crackers a month ago and they were vegan and yummy. FYI though they do use shared equipment that may have been in contact with dairy and soy so purchase at your own risk if you are allergic or aren't comfortable with shared equipment.
