I love this lamp. Used it for 3 months and it gets hot. It’s like a heating pad that doesn’t have to touch you. Adujusting the angle carefully caused a small crack in the base to become loose enough to where it won’t stay in the base. Trying to find a cement strength glue to fix it but the weight mostly likely won’t hold. I should have added the 2 year protection to it, hoping the seller can help me! Adding 5 stars now! Update: The customer service team is sending me a replacement and I’m super impressed not only by the amazing product but by the fast and helpful customer service! I have a herniated disc in my neck, 2 slipped disc, narrowing of the spinal cord, and a pinched nerve. I kid u not at work, I will literally look forward to coming home and just relaxing under it for a bit! Feels amazing and my cat jumps in my lap as he has always loved heat! ! Also get a feeling he knows how healthy it is because he is still very active at 16 years old! And I work long shifts and with physical therapy and this lamp I’m able to manage! For the price you will get a unbeatable product that you will not regret buying! I will only buy any infrared equipment from this company and none other! If u have any pain at all, or just want to have healthier hair, skin, and your body in overall health u can’t afford to not get this! Don’t take my word for it tho, try it for yourself! This is a honest review from a regular busy Dad with not enough hours in the day, who needed something to ease the pain as well as wants healthy skin and hair and am satisfied with this product and this company and I’ll die on that hill! Just get one seriously!!!!

I was researching infrared lights or panels and even in home sauna's during the Covid-19 Pandemic and staying home. First time using infrared therapy and didn't want to spend a lot of money on the sauna's, blankets (they look a little dangerous) and portable saunas. I like this desk lamp style because I can move it where I would like to. I do a lot of yoga and it feels good to shine it on me in savasana or sitting in meditation. The lamp does get hot so if it's been on awhile I just unplug it and leave it alone until it cools off- be careful if you have pets around that they don't get curious about the object in the room and burn their nose or face if they get too curious about it. The lamp was pacakaged very well and I'm really happy with my purchase.

It works good.

The lamp worked for about 9 months. For no obvious reason, one day, it started to smoke (like an electrical burn), and shoot out sparks. The bulb is fine (it works when screwed into a different lamp) but the heavy, metal lamp itself is not functioning any longer. Thinking that metal is quite durable, the internal workings (wiring?) must be inferior.

The package arrived within 48 hours after submitting the order! It came much faster than I expected since I am not an Amazon Prime member. The assembly is super easy. Only one screw needs to be set. But you need to be careful not scratching the paint on inner side of the lamp when you try to put on the metal cover. The light helps to ease my joint pain. Lying on my bed and having this light taking care of my joint makes me feel relaxed and have a good mood. The light also warmed up my cold hands quickly after I came inside from my garden work. Thanks to the covid-19 staying home policy, I gained belly weight. Hope this light can help to reduce it. Definitely use it daily.

purchased this infrared red light therapy lamp and I'm impressed with its performance in relieving my knee pain. The adjustable base allows me to precisely target the affected area. There is reduction in my knee pain and inflammation. Cons: You cannot setup the settings before turning it on but not problematic.

It was easy to assemble and move around. Only complaint -- the globe around the bulb gets extremely hot. Don't touch it!

I took this light to work and use it while I'm sitting at my desk. I love that it works to help with many different things. Easy to use, bright enough light, nice quality, and light enough weight that it isn't bulky.
