Will this help me lose weight?

I don't know but I never used it for weight loss. I doubt it will help in weight loss.

Are food coloring and talc listed as ingredients?

I no longer have this container but neither of these are listed on the ingredients label.

Is this in the form of a tablet (small) or a capsule? I am used to taking iodine capsules in the form of very small yellow tablets.

The kelp is not a capsule. It is a small "flat" tablet. I have a hard time taking pills, but found no problem with these. The only thing is that they do dissolve quickly, so I take it separately from the other vitamins I also take. I hope this helps. I do highly recommend Norwegian Kelp.

12 years of tummy issues are gone!

#1-I have no gallbladder. #2-I’m on a GLP-1. I’ve had tummy issues since having my gb removed 12 yrs ago. Someone suggested taking a digestive enzyme. I did my research and purchased Country Life. Best decision ever!!! Tummy issues GONE! Excellent price, love the glass jar, easy to chew, and tastes delicious! I recently added Country Life B-Complex. I am so happy I found this brand. I cannot recommend enough.

Take it slow.

It’s probably too early to say if these help me reduce my issues with acid reflux, but I do want to share a warning. Taking 12 of these a day per the instructions right off the bat might not be a great idea if you go by my experience. I would take it much slower. Maybe two after dinner to begin with and gradually increase as tolerated. Why? Because constipation is a common side effect, which I found out the hard way. It just added one more problem to my life trying to overcome the side effects. For now I’m takin two a day, after dinner. I will increase as I’m able. The taste is fine. No problem there. Good luck!

These are the best enzymes! I've tried others and none worked. I can tell these are working because my digestion issues clear up after taking. Also, certain foods can cause body odor. When that happens I take these enzymes and the body odor is no longer an issue.n
