Love the product, don’t love the delivery attempt
Not only was my package late it came destroyed. It was spilled and the box was all wet and they put it into a plastic bag instead of replacing it.

Item in bad condition
I have been buying these from my stylist for a while. I love them. However, my items came with the top of the box ripped open and the conditioner was spilling out. I cleaned up a lot of the mess before I took the photo. It is clearly not from delivery because the bottom of the box is taped up and I don’t think the top rips like that during shipping (seeing as it comes in a shipping container that wasn’t damaged). Again, love the product but disappointed in the condition they arrived in.
