Excellent Truck knife
This knife has a very big comfortable handle, and is able to perform the basic carving and utility knife tasks. The plastic sheath holds the knife well, but it probably won't fit on your belt. It's a great knife to throw in your truck, back pack, or tackle box. On a side note, the sheath for this knife is also a good fit for my 110mm Terava puuko.

So much value for the Money
This model Mora is for those that like a lot of knife handle. Mine didn't come very sharp and had a slight uneven grind. However, as stated in the title, it is one of the best values in the knfe world today. The handle is rubbarized and very comfortable. A great knife for the inexperienced and the most experienced.

Underwhelmed
A lot of people say "What do you expect for the price?" The sheath has a button clip, and not a belt loop... my fault for not noticing. The spine of the knife is a mess. It looks like the sides were ground and folded over on the top, leaving a rough ridge down the middle of the spine. The tip was overground on one side and it's burned.... probably destroyed the temper of the steel. But, it is sharp, and the grip will work well for use as a fishing knife. This one's underwhelming and the finish on it makes me look at it like a piece of sharp junk. Mora can be a bit hit-and-miss.

The Most Ridiculous Knife Value on Earth, and The Ugliest - All GO and no SHOW
Although Mora has a reputation of being the “most ridiculous knife value on earth” it is patently INSANE that you can buy a knife of this quality for under ten dollars. Just CRAZY. And yea, you aren't going to win any beauty contests with this baby. But Mora has always been for people who USE knives, not DISPLAY at them. BLADE: This knife features a straight-backed blade with a very slight clip and runs exactly 4 inches long. The edges are ground with the ‘Scandinavian Grind,’ a single flat bevel with little or no secondary bevel. Mora actually grinds most of their blades with a secondary microbevel that’s barely perceptible. You see it in the amazing sharpness of the knife. The back is unfinished and the tang is a rat-tail rather than a full tang but the knife's durability and toughness do not suffer despite it's relative this blade at The 746 is outrageously sharp right out of the box. This one is among the sharpest knives I’ve ever handled, comparing favorably against a $230 FalkenKniven A1. The blade is remarkably thin and has a tiny amount of flex, but it doesn’t flop around like. Works well as a cleaver and splitting wedge and even after rough batoning and machete use and abuse , and the blade remains completely straight and very sharp. It sliced paper, rope and cloth out of the box like it wasn't there. The edge held and melted through green saplings and 2:" branches. I havce never held a sharper or more durable knife. HANDLE: The handle is blue plastic with a thick black rubberized coating. Compared to the mirror-polished perfection of the Swedish steel blade, the handle is ugly and looks like a $3 knife at Big Lots. But it holds well and fits nicely in the hand. Even wet with water or rendered chicken fat, the knife did not slip from my hand. You would hard pressed to find a knife this good at 10 times the price. .

Too much handle
I bought this knife because its the same as the 5" just with a little more practicality. The knife is great, but the handle is a bit beefy for the blade. I figured the blade would be the same width as its larger cousin and just the length would be shortened, this is not the case, its actually a standard Mora blade with the 5" knife's handle. This is fine its just a bit more than you need for the size of the blade. My biggest complaint comes from the sheath, which is your standard plastic Mora is known for, the problem is the belt loop. Its very thin and can only occupy a fairly thin belt, so a military web belt is out of the question, not only that its an actual loop not a clip so you have to undo your belt to put it on. The sheath would have been much better had they put the standard hooked clip on it, other than that I'm happy as with all products they make.

nothing better in this price range
Great multi purpose utility knife, very sharp, holds the edge well. Have a couple now at different places around the house and shop.

An all-Mora kitchen--that's my goal!
I am hoping to soon have only Mora knives in my kitchen. This model was recently added and is a welcome addition. All Moras come sharp and a little stropping puts a razor blade edge on them. Between the superb blades and the comfortable, nonslip handles, in my opinion these are the best food prep knives available. As a bonus, they are extremely affordable. So why pay 3 or 4 or 5 times as much for a knife that probably isn't as good as a Mora?
