I think these are very well designed especially for kids. They do not have to be charged which is key for kids. There is a discreet button to turn it on/off, but it automatically turns off after two minutes. It also pulses after 30 seconds, so they can move to a different quadrant of their mouth which I feel like is so helpful for the kids. It comes with a carrier, so it's easy to travel with. No complaints!

I've been using this with my kiddo since he was around 2 and he'll be 5 soon. i like the gentle bristles, and the built timer helps us know exactly how long we should be brushing his teeth for. repeat customer. we've never had a battery die, it lasts for months, we just change it when the head starts looking like it needs replacing.

My daughter started using this brand when she was 4 years old (she is now 6 years old), it is very suitable for children and feels comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the waterproof performance is poor, especially if the battery has been replaced several times, the middle connection part is easy to enter water and short circuit. That's why I bought another one this time.

I have tried to cancel this refill plan because the actual electronic part and supposably sturdy handle breaks all the time. I have purchased at least 3 additional handle pieces because customer service is difficult with following through with the “lifetime warranty”. And have honestly thought that I did not replace the batteries before reaching out to quip in despair. Are you kidding me?? A fresh battery. Terrible product. Even worse account services. Unable to remove my credit card or just simply cancel. How many times do you need the same photos and identification numbers to prove that the product is defective?? I’m embarrassed that I have already invested so much in such a poor quality product that has gravely impacted the dental health of my family. I originally thought this was a great plan to invest in. It is awful. Product, technology, customer service….Not worthy of any praises other than the concept. I’ll share this deplorable experience with my dental colleagues.

My kiddo really likes this toothbrush. It’s not fancy but it does a great job! I like the case and stand as well. My kiddo loves how his teeth feel and look!! Definitely recommend this toothbrush!!
