Really glad for the inner seal! Got this in the mail today. The outer plastic was broken and the lid was halfway unscrewed. If it weren't there, that would have sucked. This is my second bottle, the rest of my review is glowing. Just a comment to the manufacturer to keep that inner seal for shipping. I'm going to be transparent here with our carpets, and mattress. I had a senior dog with CKD, and a puppy with giardia and coccidia who had trouble holding one end and eventually the other. Health issues made potty training much slower than usual. I've tried a dozen cleaners and was ready to give up and accept that they were ruined. Anyway, I WISH I took photos of this. I'm so used to cleaners not working that I didn't waste the time. I used this on a newer, white mattress our puppy had an accident on. He had very intense smelling urine, like boys tend to do. It not only got rid of the smell but it also cleaned the stain. I soaked it like others suggested and left it to dry with some fans in the room to help. The next day it was gone. My brother was taking the bed because I was moving. I told him of the stain and asked him to smell it since he doesn't have dogs and is pretty sensitive to smells. I wanted an unbiased review. I pointed out where it was, and he couldn't find it... and he tried. I've been using it on the carpet as well for new stains from the puppy and old stains from my senior dog with CKD. It eliminates them. The older stains I can still see a little discoloration, which isn't surprising, but the smell is still gone. I use the spot carpet cleaner to get up any wet spots, soak the area with the spray, scrub it a bit with the brush, use the carpet cleaner again to pull up excess. It suds when you scrub so I do add a bit of water from the sprayer end of the carpet cleaner (not much), let it pull up excess suds and put a fan on it to let it dry. I don't have it suck up all of the cleaner like I would with others to get it as dry as possible, so the cleaner can penetrate a bit deeper. I also let old stains sit for 2-3 minutes after spraying it the first time. Since old stains are not wet, I do soak it more. There was also one puppy poop stain hidden behind furniture that I found when our puppy had giardia and was pretty much going everywhere... and it cleaned that, too. I've seen some commenters say not to let it sit in a carpet cleaner because it eats away at it plastic. I have not had this issue, but I do dump and wash the container once a week and use the backflow valve to clean the hose. This is my second bottle so I'll try and get some before and after pics for the next stain I find and update my review later. I haven't noticed them coming back up like urine stains always do, either. Hope this helps someone.

First of all I love the fall spice scent! It's not very spicy but it is so nice to be able to choose something other than mint or floral. It is a little strong though but still a pleasant scent! We have a male cat that is neutered that sprays on things sometimes. We have tried everything to get him to stop. Medically he is fine, so we are assuming he smells the feral cats outside in the neighborhood that comes up to our doors sometimes. I have tried a lot of brands that claim to get rid of the urine odor and most of them don't work! So far this spray seems to clean the cat pee very well! Definitely works better than any other brand I've tried! I have only used it to clean up cat urine and cat throw up but it cleans the stains and the smell. I don't smell any cat urine after using this. I usually clean the area with it and then wipe it up and then spray it again on the area and let it sit for a while before I wipe it up again. My only complaint is our cat is still spraying. I'm assuming he can still smell the places where he has peed even though we can't. But that's just an assumption. He may still be spraying for other reasons. Overall this is my favorite spray to clean up cat urine now! I'll definitely recommend and repurchase.

Works great best enzyme cleaner I found so far I’ve tried a couple scents the lavender and the spring mint. But by far the spring mint is my favorite. It doesn’t leave a nasty smell afterwards. It’s very fresh.

I love this product the smell is amazing and it helped remove the dried area of hershy squirts that the husband tried to pick up. I also have the carpet solution as well.

I wanted to clean up some areas on the carpet that had non-visible cat vomit stains and a couple of cat urine stains on a cat condo (our elderly cat has now passed away) so they wouldn't bother the new cats we are getting. I have a black light and used that to find the stains. I used to use another enzyme cleaner for cat stains but they had added a terrible fragrance to it so I had to stop. This product was highly rated by other users so I decided to give it a try. After applying the product and letting it sit for two hours the stains were significantly less bright under black light, so I would definitely call it effective. Unfortunately the odor is incredibly strong - so strong that not only do we smell it, but we taste it. We opened two large patio doors and ran a large fan the first evening and again all day the next day. I had continued with my project after opening the bottle because I hoped the smell would dissipate when the produce dried. Silly me. The room we used it in just stinks from this stuff. I would like to return the unopened bottle (I bought 2) but there is no option in Amazon returns for "I hate it". What I don't understand is, the product attacks the stain and does a good job (according to observations under black light) so why add the overpowering fragrance? I don't see any need for it since the produce removes the cause of the odor you may be treating. Right now I am trying a container of vinegar in the room to see if I can reduce the smell enough to be able to use the room again. This is ridiculous.

Their customer service is second to none!... my puppy had been using my rug as a personal loo and would bring stinky toilet paws in from outside, I tried a leading brand to no avail however the first time I used the spray I used it on the carpet and floors and returned from work to find my house didn't smell like a dog urinal for the first time in months, it's smells minty (like toothpaste) however even if you don't like mint it is 1000% better than the smell of wee and it does get rid of the smell not just mask it,I have a very sensitive sense of smell and there is no underlying pong, even though my dog is now housetrained as he is long haired he still brings in smelly wee feet so I still use it, I also sprayed it on the patio and it did the job, no waft of poo from outside....I have purchased the carpet cleaner also and will leave a review once I have had time to get the machine out.... I will 100% purchase from this company again....well priced products that work!! Amazing customer service and after sales what's not to like!

We have an old cat who had an accident. After much washing we threw away our hall runner.. however the carpet still smelled. When the heating went on and the lingering odour became more apparent, my younger cat decided to add his smell to the carpet. No amount of washing and rinsing removed the smell. After much research and understanding that an enzyme based remover was the only option we purchased the miracle remover. We drenched the plasterboard, the skirting, the wooden shoe box the underlay and the floor. Left it to do it’s thing, then rinsed it off. The stuff smells of a minty Forrest, it’s very pungent and I would recommend that you have a window and/or door open when you do the initial spraying. The cat smell has gone, even from the plasterboard, which is simply fantastic because that was the most smelly bit. The minty Forrest smell remained quite strong for about 4 days and sometimes I thought I could still smell a faint cat wee odour. However we are two weeks on and both smells have gone. This product does what it says it will. I’m delighted that it actually worked. It is well worth the money, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. For the first time in months both cats have stopped sniffing around the accident site... so they are are the biggest advocates that this brand works.

Difficult odour to remove from car carpet ,works well but will need several applications - it did not help that I did not know the source of the odour but guessed it was a pet odour. Figured enzyme cleaner would work after studying internet on how to remove odours from carpet.

I was ready to throw out a 12x10 Chinese wool rug as nothing stopped the smell from my Dog. He repeatedly returned, despite supervision, and added more so the ammonia smell built up and was dreadful. I even resorted to using polythene sheeting to block him but the smell just built up. ...a loosing battle. Well, as a last ditch try I used this over a couple of weeks on the top then a week later on the back and then repeated so it had opportunity to work then dry out....i was amazed. The rug is back in full use with no evidence of evil smells passing the direct nose test and the dog has not revisited for some months since I last sprayed. It might seem expensive to purchase on the face of it but it is so worth it and ultimately the cost is nothing given the cost of replacing a rug. It is simply wonderful not to have the stench that even steaming or bicarbonate of soda or washing powder could not touch Oh and the colour is back to pale green. I can not praise this enough.

I prefer using disinfectant. Smells nicer and kills germs. This product has not deterred my puppy for returning to the same spot to do her business.
