I exercise regularly, but over time I felt tightness in my chest which my cardiologist said was "Stable Angina." Losing weight was harder because of this condition. However, I heard that L-Arginine opens up blood flow helping with stable angina. This appears to be true as I have been using it for the past 30 days. I was doing a 30 minute HIIT routine and struggling. I am now doing an 1 hour long HIIT with very little apparent Stable Angina. This may not be true for others, but for me, this is a subscription worthy.

I take this supplement daily but have always ordered them in capsule form. I wasn't paying attention when I ordered these and accidentally got tablets instead of capsules. They are VERY large and although I can get them down, I will not order these again. If you have trouble swallowing pills, Don't Get Them in Tablet Form.

These 500 mg capsules are a very good size for ease of swallowing. I swallow 4 at once every morning, along with a Now selenium tablet, and a bioperine capsule. I'm almost through my second bottle and going to order my 3rd. I think these would be a better choice for anyone who finds the 1,000 mg tablets a bit large. I personally do not have a problem swallowing two of the 1,000 mg tablets at one time, but I guess I'm weird. I just prefer the capsules in the 250 count because it is the best price per my desired serving size. Now is a very reputable company and when I look at my supplement shelf there sure are a lot with the dark blue lids and orange labels.

Great product, it definitely works. I paid $3.95 in 2022 now it's $10.99 thanks Joe biden. I will definitely buy more when the prices come back down.

Trying to gain lean muscles and taking this supplement along with L-Carnitine, and other protein shakes. No major difference after I started taking this since I'm already taking a wide range of other supplements. However, I do feel a warmth that goes through the body and head after taking 30 mins and when you begin exercising. So there is definitely an element of blood circulation improvement for those that are seeking cardiovascular health. On the flip side, if you're looking for muscle gaining, the supplement effects might be too minimal.
