Worth Every Penny — Safe, Effective, and Truly Lasts!
I’ll admit, I was a little uncertain at first about buying the Renovera Fruit & Vegetable Wash because of the cost. But I really wanted something organic, safe, and effective for cleaning our produce — especially since we prepare food for our baby. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. This wash is incredibly gentle yet effective. You only need a tiny amount each time, and it removes that waxy residue and dirt from fruits and veggies so much better than just rinsing with water. After using it, produce feels truly clean — apples and cucumbers no longer have that slippery film, and berries stay fresh longer.I love that it’s non-toxic, plant-based, and safe enough for baby food prep. Knowing I’m not using harsh chemicals gives me peace of mind. The best part? One bottle really does last a long time — we’ve been using it regularly for weeks, and it barely looks touched. The light citrus scent is pleasant and natural, not overpowering. It rinses off easily and doesn’t leave any taste behind.✅ ProsOrganic and non-toxic — safe for the whole familyVery effective at removing dirt, wax, and pesticide residueA little goes a long way (one bottle truly lasts months or more)Light, clean scent with no aftertasteGentle enough for washing baby food ingredients⚠️ ConsHigher upfront cost compared to basic produce washesBottle design could use a measuring cap for easier portioning

The proof is in the pudding..or sludge in the case
I was initially apprehensive to pay ~$45 for a produce wash, buy after forgetting on numerous occasions to buy my beloved fruit and veggie spray at Winco, I decided to research and give good ole Amazon a try.The reviews I had read on this product got me hooked, and I figured why not give it a shot, given the 30 day refund trial run.I am beyond astonished and quite frankly, mortified at what a quick 3 minute soak of store bought tomatoes unveiled. Look at the disgusting, sludge-colored water. And that's only after one soak! (The pictures don't do much justice, even with placing a white towel under the glass bowl.)Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and buy this powder soak, your health will thank you for it!

Seems to work
I wanted to find a product that would pull wax off of apples and also remove pesticides. This product seems to do better than anything else I’ve tried. It lifted off all the wax (minus some flakey parts that I easily wiped off with a paper towel). I decided to use it on my tomatoes and it pulled all the preservation oils off that are used during shipping! I used to just used a vinegar water wash but that never pulled oils off. So this definitely works better. Now, is it effectively removing pesticides? I’ll never know because I don’t have a way to scientifically test that. But from what my eyes can see, it’s doing more than vinegar water and veggie wash ever did for me. And the tomatoes tasted fresher afterwards. One of the selling points is it increases the freshness of your produce. I’m not sure that’s accurate. I did use this product on organic cucumbers and the cucumbers molded within a few days. I’ve also used this product on strawberries and I didn’t feel like they lasted any longer than after a vinegar wash.It is on the pricey side, but I’ll know if the price is justified once I see how long 1 bottle lasts me. The advertisement states it should last a year. But honestly, details are missing with that boast. For instance, how many times are we washing fruits & vegetables each week will determine if this bottle really lasts 1 year. Time will tell.

Worth it!
You’ve made a believer out of me! We have always used baking soda or vinegar to clean our fruits and veggies but i was really shocked with the way this stuff worked! When i saw the bottle i thought “there is no way this will last a year” but then when i saw it was a powder i realized that it probably will last a year! With all of the food recalls and a 6 month old baby who is starting solids this really made me feel better about introducing produce to him!

Great for removing wax from apples, but less effective on berries
I’ve been testing this fruit and vegetable wash on different types of organic produce, and the results vary depending on what you’re cleaning. My Experience:• Organic Apples: This worked incredibly well here. I was surprised by how much wax it was able to remove from the skin. The apple felt much cleaner and looked noticeably different afterward.• Organic Berries: I didn't find it as effective for these. It didn’t seem to remove much from the surface compared to a standard water rinse.Overall:It’s a good product to have in the kitchen, especially for waxy fruits. It gives me a bit more peace of mind when prepping organic snacks for my kids, even if the results aren't as dramatic on softer fruits like berries. I’d recommend it primarily for people who eat a lot of apples or other thick-skinned produce.

Non toxic and quick soak!
I have been using baking soda to clean my fruits and vegetables for years but recently found out about this product so decided to try it out. This product works much quicker than using baking soda. For baking soda, I typically soaked it for at least 15 minutes but for this product only 5 minutes is required so it is much more convenient. What you see in the bowl after the soak is absolutely crazy. Waxy film, dirt, bugs, you name it! I feel like this cleans my fruits and vegetables so well that I can feel safe eating them! Highly recommend!

Total ripoff
First of all, this is ridiculously expensive. I thought it would be a decent size; it is a tiny amount; the container is less than 4 inches for $53!But the worst part is, I followed instructions and put in lemons. I could not wash whatever this product deposited on my lemons. Down in the tiny crevasses were tiny white dots; they weren't on there before soaking, so I know it came from this product.Baking soda and vinegar work much better at a fraction of the cost.

Wow
Been using this for all the veggie juices I’ve been making. A lot of gunk coming off the fruits/veggies

More than satisfied!
It works! I’ve tried multiple types of produce cleaners and this one is by far the best. It was also the most expensive. I did not need much.I followed directions as specified on the bottle. The fruit did taste a bit fresher or more vibrant.I’ll recommend this!

Where has this been all my life?
I will repeat purchase. I washed blueberries in this and they stayed fresh for significantly longer than typical in the fridge. The film that emerges in the water after you soak the fruit shows you what the product is removing.Product is easy to dispense. Very happy customer here!

I can’t believe what I’ve been eating
What looks like a chemical oil slick came off absolutely everything: raspberries, blueberries, grapes and especially strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Wish I bought this earlier so I wasn’t feeding my kid garbage!

Essential Cleaner
I bought this on a whim after reading some reviews online. The amount of "yuck" this product cleans off my fruits and veggies is unreal. (I've found tomatoes have consistently been the dirtiest!!)To satisfy my own curiosity and skepticism, I ran two different tests:1. Mixed the product with water as recommended, put NO produce in, and waited an appropriate length of time. The water was still clean and cloudy*. (*the product is white and will make the water look a bit cloudy white even before produce is added).I ran this test due to my skepticism that maybe the product changes and creates results on its own. Therefore not actually cleaning any produce. It doesn't.2. Mixed the produce with water as recommended, put my produce in, waited the correct length of time for that produce and then rinsed it as directed. I dumped the remaining water mixture, and started the process again for the exact same produce I just used.I ran this test because I thought maybe soaking the produce a second time would extract more impurities. However, there was no additional extraction, concluding that the product works fully effectively the first time.Overall this is an excellent and essential product, and its something I would buy for every member of my family.
