what is difference between Nixplay 2k 9.7 inch vs. 10.1 inch?

Well, I have an answer so I’ll go ahead and offer it to you instead of wasting server space with a gratuitous “sorry idk” reply. The 9.7 inch allegedly has a true 2K photo resolution (unlike cheaper brands that claim a 2K or 1080P SCREEN resolution but the photo resolution is much lower). The extra cost compared to other 10 inch models is due to the screen upgrade and more sophisticated display adjustments.

Can you have multiple frames display photos from the same account? I want to get frames for multiple sets of grandparents to send baby photos.

Yes. We have have two-one for the grandma and ours. My husband manages both frames at our house. She does not live with us. We send to him and he sends to her frame to her playlist. We have several playlists and she has one to send to

How does the nixplay handle heic format and iphone live photos? some frames do not display the image and convert the live photos into a .mov.

I had an issue when someone sent me a video from an iPhone and I tried to send it to the frame. I have had no problems with android.
