Spoonk Travel MatThis is my third Spoonk mat purchase. Initially I was very skeptical but kept an open mind. I started using the mat slowly, five minutes at a time. I used the mat to relieve painful foot or leg cramps. I can stand on the mat and get immediate relief whenever my foot or toe cramps. If my legs are tired and heavy from standing all day, I will place the mat on a pillow and rest my legs on the spoonk mat. If my neck and shoulders are sore from sleeping in a weird position, the Spoonk mat will loosen my muscles and relieve the pain. Sometimes I will fall asleep on the mat. Even my family members use the mat for drug free and natural pain relief and relaxation. I take my mat even on vacations.I gave this Spoonk mat to my 30 yr. old daughter, who has a very stressful job, at first she refused to use the mat. She thought it was just hype and crazy to use. She read an article about the calming affects of this mat. Now she regularly uses the Spoonk mat with a weighted blanket to relax, unwind, and fall asleep. We really love our Spoonk mats!

Great mats, I lay on them before bed, but also find that they are good during the day to keep me warm during the winter. My body gets very cold easily and using these mats in different areas improves circulation and warms me up. Really happy with my purchase.

This is an awesome product. I purchased 3 just to give them away as a gift. It helps reduce muscle pain.

The only thing that would have made it better would have bee a rolled cushioned form, instead of a flat mat. It would fit better under the neck.
