Expensive - but worth every penny
Gordan Ramsey uses it - so good enough for us! Great pan. Light. Cleans easy. Can even use metal utensils (but they don't advise to do so regularly). Non-stick. It may be expensive, but you won't have to buy another frying pan for a long, long time.

Not worth the money
Do not buy this I bought mine in May 2025 and couple months later the food began to stick I’m very disappointed my TFal pans have lasted me longer than this brand I paid so much and can’t use it anymore. I wanted to write this review for a while.

Expensive Pan Sticks and Warranty is WORTHLESS - Customer Service is a Joke - BUYER BEWARE!
I bought this pan with high hopes based on its many good reviews, and figured for $100, it should be pretty good. Well, fast-forward five months. I have been using the pan and find that as often as I season it (which involves heating the pan with avocado oil), cleaning it with soft pads, and running it through the dishwasher, MOST THINGS STICK. It does OK with scrambled eggs, but fried eggs (at a low temperature) just leave me with "gunk" that is really hard to remove. I've attached a video. I contacted the company via their very attractive website. I started by filling out a form, which never seemed to be transmitted. It just came back with "submitting." I then went back to the website and saw you could contact them via email. In my first email, I described my problems, attached some videos, and included my Amazon receipt. They quickly replied with an email about how sorry they were that I was having problems, but they said I needed to go to the seller to get a refund (I did not want a replacement). I got back to them, pointing out Amazon has a 30-day refund/replacement policy, and they - the manufacturer - should make good on the warranty. I went back and forth with them several times (all with their ending emails expressing how important my satisfaction was) and then just gave up. They were not at all helpful. THEIR WARRANTY IS USELESS—THEY DON'T WORK TO MAKE GOOD ON IT. I sent them several videos (one seen here) that clearly show the problem, and they eventually said they need clear photos in good light, etc., etc., so that their staff could review my situation with possible solutions. It's just a run-around! A decent company would value its reputation and try to make the customer happy—NOT THIS ONE!! I feel like I wasted $100 on a pan. I EXPECTED BETTER!! Really a disappointing experience. Maybe their pans are good (they should be for the price!), but they really have crummy customer service. Lesson I learned is that companies are like restaurants where good food can be ruined by bad service. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service - I would have been happy with my money back or at least an offer of a replacement out of the gate rather than an endless set of scripted (and unhelpful) emails. They botched this big time! BUYER BEWARE. If your pan is not good, return it quickly - otherwise, you may be stuck with it. PLEASE SEE OTHER REVIEWS THAT INDICATE THESE PANS LOSE THEIR NON-STICK FEATURE QUICKLY. There are good pans out that cost much less and really are non-stick. AVOID THIS BRAND!!

Premium pan that actually delivers.
I’ve been using this pan for a bit now and it’s been a great addition to my kitchen. Right out of the box it feels well made — not too heavy, but definitely solid. It heats up evenly and holds heat nicely, which makes cooking a lot more predictable. The cooking surface works well, but it’s a little different from a typical nonstick pan. It’s not completely slick, but with a small amount of oil, food cooks and releases without much trouble. I actually like that it doesn’t feel overly coated, and it seems like it will hold up better over time. Cleanup has been easy so far, and it hasn’t shown any signs of wear. I’ve used it for different types of meals and it handles everything pretty well. It’s more expensive than a basic pan, but it feels like something built to last instead of needing to be replaced every year. If you cook regularly and want something dependable, this is a good option.

Outstanding frying pan.
Love this little frying pan. My mom’s boyfriend brought home a larger HexClad frying pan that he won while gambling. I loved that larger one so much I had to get a smaller one for everyday use. It is the perfect size to use for small breakfast or dinners. It is lightweight and sturdy. It comes clean very easily and nothing sticks to it. Will definitely be buying other products from HexClad in the future.

Best pan for life
Oh my goodness!!! This pan is amazing! I love it! The taste of the foods I’ve made in it are so much better than before and I’ve made the same things I’ve made in other pans. This pan is so far above in the quality, the way it cleans up, size is perfect, the weight the handle they all fit together to make the perfect pan for me. It’s as if it was made just for me and my needs, my taste and cooking skills. I’ve had mine for about a month now and looks as if it’s just out of the box. That’s after a lot of cooking and cleaning up after. So it passes the durability standards for me. I’d already have the full set if I could afford them, but I’ll have to pick up one at a time and some others I’ll never be able to afford. But if I ever hit the lottery I’ll have the full set then. Thank you Mr Ramsay for a great pan. And hopefully more in my future.

Not entirely non-stick
I have true non-stick ceramic pans that out-perform on the non-stick front but these will outperform on the scratch resistant front. I bought the 8 inch as a trial run and have been somewhat underwhelmed so far. I seasoned the pan as instructed then cooked a boneless chicken breast to try it out. The pan put a nice seer on both sides of the chicken then I covered it and reduced to low heat for the last 5 min or so. I was surprised at how discolored the top edge of the pan had become after just one use. I washed it but the staining was impossible to remove which is ok - it's just a pan - but I was surprised by that. Out of the box this thing was beautiful but after one use - yikes. I also cook on a 10 inch all clad stainless steel pan as well as cast iron and have take extra care if I am going to cook something that would require a non-stick surface. These are all good for searing but this hex clad in particular might not make a great every day egg pan. I'll keep at it with this one because I do like the pan - I'll just have to fine tune my approach to making it more non-stick user friendly. I'm confident I can make it work. UPDATE I've been using this pan since the holidays and it has become my everyday egg pan. I was able to wash away the brown staining after that first use and I use it everyday for my eggs. You only need a little bit of spray or butter and preheating is absolutely key. When you do it that way the eggs won't stick, my teenage daughter uses it for her eggs and doesn't have problems with sticking at all. Again, preheating really well is key. I only wash with mild dish soap and sometimes no soap is needed at all. Just hot water and a brush. It has actually seasoned really really well. I have used metal utensils in the pan, not aggressively but enough to really test the scratch resistance and it has held up like a champ. I rarely use my true nonstick pans anymore. I would give it 5 stars now!

Versatile Frying Pan
Before using the frying pan, it should be seasoned as the instructional booklet says. The pan also has a stay cool handle for safety purposes and the food cooking will not stick which is a great feature in a very productive pan. Also the pan does not require a higher heat than normal to cook certain foods. A great product to own!

It’s not hex clad, this is a fake product
It’s a fake product that you are selling. The pan is not from hex clad it’s from a brand called Flanek. Handle is different from photo of advertised product.

Lives up to the hype
It is everything the ads say about it. I believe I will be happy with this pan far into the future.

Versatile, Durable, and Easy to Use
I’ve been using the HexClad 12-inch hybrid nonstick frying pan, and it’s quickly become one of my most-used pans in the kitchen. The hybrid nonstick surface is a great balance between traditional nonstick and stainless steel. Food releases easily, but I can still get a good sear on meats. It handles eggs, vegetables, and proteins well without sticking when used properly. The pan heats evenly, feels solid and well-built, and the stay-cool handle is comfortable and secure. I also like that it’s induction-ready and works on all cooktops, which makes it very versatile. Being oven safe and dishwasher safe is a big bonus for convenience and cleanup. This isn’t a flimsy lightweight pan — it feels durable and designed to last. As long as you follow the recommended care (medium heat and light oil), performance has been excellent. Overall, this is a high-quality, all-purpose frying pan that performs well across a wide range of cooking tasks and is worth the investment.
