we bout 2 dispenser units and a case of wipes . . . we had a bumpy start when on Amazon it said 2 day shipping for PRIME membership and then it was going to take a week or more on the emailed confirmation . . . in calling Amazon & Zogic's everyone at both assisted us & worked it out and we were able to get the units and supplies on time for opening our Fitness Center . . . so far the athletes and all LOVE the product & we love the customer service of Amazon & Zogics!

This was super easy to install. Came with keys, and easy to refill.

Facilities Manager over a large gym. We've replaced two factory wipe dispensers with these as a test, and now will slowly be replacing all of our wipe dispensers with these. They are durable, work outstanding, and look professional. Highly recommend as a universal replacement.

Love this! The wipes don't dry out, easy to install, easy to pull wipes & easy to refill. I wanted the standing one with the trash but the reviews weren't great. I'm very happy with this one.

I have tried both types of Zogics dispensers, upward and downward. They key design flaw is in the adjustment of the ring that controls the tension on the wipe and if adjusted correct allows just one wipe at a time to be removed. Unfortunately this adjustment rarely works well and it either leaved a wipe torn off inside stuck or allows multiple wipes to be removed. Since we don't want the first scenario we allow it to dispense multiple wipes which is a big waste but something Zogics doesn't probably mind since it means more sales of replacement wipes. The adjustment needs to be more precise and I am considering engineering a fix for my multiple units myself since the company ignores this flaw to sale more refills.
