Stopped working in few months. No response from seller

The best blender.

This product had great reviews and I have only used it twice. Unfortunately, it doesn't work and I only used it for citric acid. Discouraging to waster so much money for what was appeared to be very durable. Reached out and no response to bring a resolution to the issue.

UPDATE: After going back and forth with the company for MONTHS, they finally sent me a new one. I haven't had a chance to use it yet to find out if it will last longer than the first one. I will update the review if this one is more reliable than the first one. Do NOT buy this food mill. I used it to grind two batches of spices and during the second batch it stopped working. When my husband took the mill apart thinking that we could possibly replace the motor, it was full of metal shavings and was totally destroyed. I used it for less than 10 minutes total and never ran it more than 30 seconds at a time. And because I didn't use it until after the 30 day period was over I cannot return this overpriced piece of garbage. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

This product did grind spices as described. There was also a slight problem with how it worked: it stopped every 10 seconds. It was confusing. Had to wait another 10 seconds to start it up again. What I didn’t like: there wasn’t a brand name on the machine itself. The box also came in white with no depiction of the company’s name or logo. I was quite uncertain with the legitimacy of the machine itself and decided to return.

Worked great just not big enough so we bought another one the 2500g. Thing is the 2500g bowel max limit is only 1/2 taller that the 1000g this does not make sense I was expecting over double the size bowel
