I ordered this just to try it. I can say this is the one I remember from my grand grand parents. The most delicious! I just ordered 2 more bags because they are low of stock. Even tonight we gonna have it for dinner. I hope they will keep it in stocks! Higley recommended!

Exceptional quality
It was amazing to find this authentic Turkish tarhana on Amazon! This is the tarhana from my childhood, similar to the one my grandmother in Bulgaria used to make (we call it trahana). I hope I keep finding it here. In my family we make the tarhana soup with browned butter, cow feta, croutons, fenugreek and black pepper.
