I have a few neoprene workout tops but they are all short sleeve, so I was interested to see what a long sleeve one would be like. Even putting this top on, you could feel the difference, after a couple of minutes my body was sweating and I hadn't even started working out. What is really nice about this top is the neoprene isn't too thick and the panels under the arm pits are material so there's no sogginess. It's really comfortable to wear too, normally neoprene can be a little scratchy when worn against the skin but this is really quite soft. Overall, I'd highly recommend it.

I love this. Ideal for the cold weather as it takes the body heat and amplifies this which makes sweating quick and easy for those workouts where you really want to work up a sweat and go hard. When it first arrived it looked like a biker jacket, THEN my husband put it on and it was just amazing!! Fitted perfectly and he uses it in the gym apparently it does miracle!! I would advise to buy 1 size smaller than your actual size. 5 Stars indeed

There is no miracle pill or clothing that is going to get rid of fat, but what i can say is, this fitness jacket left a puddle of sweat on my kitchen floor when i finished doing 30mins of my insanity work out and hanged it up. It seemed to make me sweat a lot more than the stomach bands i normally use, one being an Everlast and the other being a Sweet Sweat which i am starting to believe is a fake as it is falling apart after 5 months of use. I am not knocking the Everlast or the Sweet Sweat belts, as i was once upon a time 20 stone and now i am standing at 13stone 10lbs and these belts have assisted along with my non stop insanity exercising. I am hoping that this jacket will help the whole upper part of my body sweat now i am down to a size that i can now work on toning. Regarding the sizes, my mate bought a large, so i got the same as we are roughly the same height and weight, but he is a lot more wider on the shoulders. The large is right up against the body, and seems a little tight, but i think its perfect in helping the body to sweat, an XL would have been a little roomy. When you use a sweat stomach belt, you wrap it around your stomach as tight as possible, so the jacket should work on the same principle. In case you were wondering I am 5ft 8inches small :) and i have given my weight already above. Anyone 6ft or above and heavier would probably need an XL.

I usually wear sauna suits and was about to order another when I came across this Bingrong jacket. To be honest it is totally amazing .When I work out I like to sweat and I really do wearing this jacket. Very comfortable to wear and very light. Also really easy to wash ( follow Bingrong simple instructions.} I am a XL size and so ordered XL and the fit is perfect. Not bad..just the same as all other sweat suits of this material. Don't expect to receive the 2nd vest for free the seller promises( a note inside the package promises another free of charge once you leave a review..this is my second review).

I bought this with the idea that wearing it would give me some ability to help lose some excess weight and initially it was a tight fit for my frame but after a couple of nights using it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't as tight fitting as when I first tried it on and that's not because the material had stretched but I did lose some excess weight (and more to go)You do sweat more wearing this but I'd recommend drinking some water just to rehydrate. Highly recommend it and it's the second time I've bought from this supplier, really happy with their products!
