I love this purse hook! My only disappointment is that I waited so long to order one!The hook is exactly as pictured in ad, which was a little bit difficult to see on the computer. It is an off white, as ad says "winter white", with a sort of floral/tapestry pattern. I have put this little hook to the test! I usually carry a fairly large and heavy purse (why? I have no clue?). On average, my purse weighs 4-6 lbs - depending what I am lugging around. I have used the hook about ten times at various restaurants with inside and outside dining using all types of tables (plastic, metal, aluminum, glass, wood, granite - in all sorts of sizes up to 2 1/2") Any surface thicker than that the hook won't fit. The round part that sits on the table has a foam backing to protect the surfaces, plus it won't slip off the table.The hook came in a little, black, velvet bag. One thing to note is that this hook does not fold up to a smaller compact size - not an issue for me, but could be for some.I was so fed up with never having a place for my purse - especially my very expensive designer one I use for special times. This little hook is wonderful! I am ordering 6 more for gifts and extras for myself!

It seems like a lot of tables are thicker than the design of this hook allows. I carry it with me all the time but most of the time when i want to use it, I cannot because it can't hook over the thicker tabletops that are apparently popular these days (I live in NYC). I love the design and the idea, I just wish I could use it more!

My GF loves this product! She previously had a purse hook but lost it, so I bought her this. It's easy to use (no unfolding like those round purse hooks) and keeps her purse off the dirty floor when we're at a restaurant or bar. A purse hook also keeps her purse in her eyesight so no one can just rifle through her belongings if it were hanging on her chair back. It's sturdy and has no problem holding up her purse, which I'm sure weighs at least 8 pounds.

I'm using this for a different type of application. I am just starting on cpap for sleep apnea, and there's quite a bit of paraphernalia associated with this. It bugged me that the beside table was always jam packed with "stuff". Grabbed a drawstring bag, throw all the junk In the bag in the am, and throw aforementioned bag on the purse hook. poof. Everything is ship shake, and ready to go in the evening.Love it.

I purchased one to see how it would do, and it worked well enough I purchased a second.I'm not using it as intended, however I do events and these are great for hanging hand mirrors on for customers' use.The first has been put to the test for at least a year and has not disappointed.

This is the most lightweight purse hook I have yet found. On a kitchen scale, it is one and an eighth ounces (1 1/8 oz.), or 32 g. Since my goal is to keep my purse from become so heavy that it could be used as a crowd control weapon, having it be so light is my number one priority. On top of that, it is pretty (I got the butterfly pattern), and could fit on a counter slightly over 3" thick, and there aren't too many counters thicker than that!

It's... ok? Functionally it works but looks nothing like the photo. What I received was a hook that is a bad pixelated printing of a part of some design with glue marks within it. It looks NOTHING like what is pictured (if it did, I would not have ordered it). Because it... 'works' I am not sending it back, but am very disappointed that it's not at all what they advertised.

I've been looking for something like this for 40 years. Restaurant tables and lunch counter used to have hooks provided for ladies purses so they could keep them close and not on the floor. Now in meeting rooms with ergonomic chairs it is too easy to roll over a purse. New leave home without one of these.

Rated as fair as i have not test or use it yet. However, it is not exactly matched the photo posted online.
