Does this come with a helmet?

No it doesn't come with a helmet

I’m 6 feet 155 muscular, I want it to be fitted. What size should I get?

I would suggest a medium. A small might fit nicely but would probably be too short on you.

Is the orange neon or more of a true orange?

The two I ordered came in neon orange. I’m returning them.
