Fjuka 2in1 'Original' - 5mm Hook Bait. The soft feed pellet & attractant

A great fishing bait both on the hook and for method feeders.

Gave the Fjuka 2in1 Original 5mm Hook Bait 5 stars. Proper effective bait—easy to use and stays on the hook well. The attractant definitely seems to do its job, had good results using these compared to standard pellets. Soft texture makes it ideal for quick setups too. Simple, reliable, and does what it’s meant to—great addition to the tackle box.

Well , not entirely the magical catch all bait that some people might expect but another useful option to have on the bank if the fishing is hit and miss. These are handy to have as another alternative bait to the usual offerings and I have caught modest sized fish when using them as a hook bait though in my own personal experience, natural baits tend to fare far better. Essentially a pellet, they differ in the fact that they can be moulded to particular shapes or even moulded with another fjuka pellet to create a larger bait or trimmed down for a smaller bait. Basically, this is where they excel. The ingredients are all natural and contain an attractor to stimulate fish into feeding. Perhaps some venues will respond better than others to this bait but like most things regarding fishing it is all trial and error and you will have to make your own mind up if they are worth having in addition to all the other available baits that catch plenty of fish. Not even opened, but already disappointed - they are a dull 'French-mustard brown', and not the bright 'sweetcorn-yellow' that's in all the photos on the listing. In fact, not yellow by any stretch of the imagination. These will just be invisible in most river water. I'll give them a go, as for a couple of quid it's not worth the hassle of returning them, and who knows - I might update the review/star rating if the fish start flying onto the hook. But I doubt it.

I was struggling to get live bait down to working a 9-5 and tackle shop not being open when I got back. I used these for a float fishing session on my local canal and they were very effective. I was using a size 18 hook and the 5mm ones were too big, however, I chopped them in half, rolled them into a ball and slipped them on to the hook. They really do stay on the hook and could use the same bait multiple casts and it still be effective at catching. I will continue to use these as they are very good value for money. I purchased yellow and received neutral colour but this didn’t affect the ability to catch fish. I would recommend these.

As described works well

They are very easy to use as you can also mould some together, once they have got wet they go soft and smell alot, they are great value for money and grat size, the colour is a yellow like brown colour and they are overall great quality

Caught quite a few fish with these ...roach , rudd , carp and tench. They stay on the hook well. Haven't caught as many fish as I'd have liked but that is most probably down to my lack of ability.
