are these made in china and the exact same brake pad as the cheapo china pad?

These are made in China but don’t don’t think these are cheap quality. In my experience with this brand I’ve had very good results. Have had them on a 1999 Honda civic, a 2010 Ford Taurus, and a 2019 Ford F-150. All had extended life and virtual zero brake fade. And I drive hard.

Will these work on a 2019 f150 power stroke ?

The F150 did have the option for a "baby" Power Stroke diesel. (3.0)

The picture in the listing shows rubber boots but both boxes i have, have none in them should there be?

Mine didn't come with boots either but my old ones were in good condition so just reused them. I clean and repack with grease before befitting. Hope that helps.
