Last week, heavy rain occurred in Southern California and then tested the 50 mph Santa Ana wind. My motorcycle was completely dry and the lid was done.

I use this for my full size 4 wheel mobility scooter and it fits very well with a little room left over and it keeps my scooter dry in heavy rain. The little bear logo is cute. I think most things cost too much now days so I dont think I can be trusted for a true value for money review. Anyway, I like it and I think you will too.

This was almost a great product. The under strap broke within like 30 mins into our 16th it drive and cover was flapping everywhere, had to buy bungees at gas station.

Clip failed and cover flew off on highway. Wheelchair was covered, secured with clips and on a vehicle lift when the covers clip failed and went flying on the highway the first time it was used and yes, it was clipped securely!

Great fit, I have a 47" Victory Sport LX with heavy duty suspension and this is a great fit. The elastic band draws up around Scooter perfect. But you need to buy straps for traveling.

Bought to use over hubby's electric wheelchair. It helps to keep the chair clean and dry when it rains.

This particular cover was way too big for my 4 wheel mobility scooter you could strap it underneath all the way around and backup all the way if you had to and I have a longer mobility scooter.
