I give 1 a day to my dog an it does well enough that a 10 year old dog has still maintained good teeth or so says my vet.

Key point: in one This is not only the only dental treat my dog enjoys, it makes her slightly psycho in a cute way. When she gets this treat, she runs all over the house making whimper/squeaky noises. At first I thought she was distressed, but it's just her jam with this thing. She doesn't try to bury it, but she runs from room to room, jumping on the bed and chairs with it, until she finally settles down in her kennel and chews up every crumb. She is a 16 pound Shih Tzu/Poodle mix and she does best with the medium size, The minis were too small for a good solid chew for her.

My dog's favorite treat; he gets one a day and is trained on "do you want a dental chew?". We get compliments from strangers and the vet that his teeth look great; we do also brush his teeth on occasion and feed him lots of veggies, but I'm sure these are helping some. He downs it in about a minute, but it's a great reward he gets excited about. No weird smell either - it won't "freshen" his breath, I don't think, but not a problem. Hard but still chewy not crunchy, and a GREAT deal. We will always buy this brand for our dogs!

My dog loves these. She gets one a day after her dinner but I still brush her teeth in the morning and before bed. They are very crunchy and just seem a lot healthier than some of the other dog treats/tooth cleaners out there. She managed to splinter a raw bone the other day so these seem both healthier and safer. We limit treats because she’s a staffie and tends to gain weight easily. So far she’s just a bit more than her adoption weight almost a year ago and still has her svelte girlish figure at almost 6 years old.

Very heavy, dense and crunchy my dogs are crazy about these and they take a minute or two to chew. My golden retrievers get stressed out when I leave for work in the morning and so I keep a bucket of these by the door toss each one of them one as I head out the dogs like them so much that one of them jumped up on top of the dryer, knocked the bucket down, and they ate the whole thing. I don’t think you can ask for a better review than that in terms of a coveted item for dogs. So this is a re-order and I will keep them up higher where the dogs can’t reach them. It appears to be a heavy dense, good quality product that the dogs really like. They’re nice to keep the dogs busy so they don’t get as stressed when I leave.

I do not know what they put in these, but my dog goes absolutely ballistic over them. I give her half of one after breakfast and the other half after dinner. And she will NOT let me forget to give them to her. I will even offer her the choice of a dental chew or people food and she still opts for the dental chew! My parents’ dog has gotten really fussy in her old age - doesn’t like a lot of the stuff she used to. But she still goes nuts for these. And I brought one to a friend for her dog to try (she’s also kind of picky) and she even went crazy over them. I honestly cannot say how well they work in keeping my dog’s teeth clean - she does have some tartar buildup, but I don’t know if that means she’d have even more without these or not. But the fact that she loves them so much is enough for me.

I was told this item would arrive on or before June 5th. It arrived on the 14th. Other than that - my dog likes them so that's what really counts.

My dog just loves it, ordering again n again...

I still have to brush his teeth once a week but that is better than brushing every day
