In case you're wondering they DO fit a 4 ounce Motrin bottle. You do have to push it in kind of hard and firm but it DOES FIT.

Great product but too small for medicine bottles

5/17/2020: Thanks to their heading "fits so many bottles" I tested this with a 4 oz. Children's Benedryl Bottle and it fit! A little snug and take determination to get in, but it's in and now the dosing with it will be just as easy. Have to give epilepsy meds to my pup three times a day. It's tedious for both of us, at best. These work perfectly with the pharmacy bottle and the Brandzig syringes. I just filled eight in no time flat with zero trouble, no leaking, and no wiping of the outside of the syringes, which I previously had to do. This I can do, and I can do it quickly and easily!

I hate when over the counter meds don't include a syringe with an adapter for a bottle or the adapter is the wrong size. My 2 year old would not drink the med from the little cup that sometimes comes with them so I had to pour med into the cup, pull it into the syringe and then pour the rest back into the bottle... not a busy parent friendly method. I bought this box and another one in a different size and I wish I would've done this sooner. The are flush with the bottle so the cap can close without issues. Will buy again and again!

These things absolutely suck. The first box that came was open. So that was returned. After the second box came, the first adapter I used fell through the bottle neck into the bottle when I tried to put a syringe (of the same brand, as required) into the hole. So now there is an adapter floating in my son's medication that is impossible to get out. Especially frustrating because I measured multiple times to ensure I bought the right size. Don't waste your money, buy something better. I will also be returning their syringes because I am done with this company.

A few months ago, I ordered the 22mm size which fits perfectly in the bottle. I just reordered 2 boxes but when they came I noticed that 22mm was replaced by the letter S. Puzzled, I called the company and was told that the new S corresponds to the 22mm. Why, then, I asked why not specify that on the packaging itself as most companies do inform users of packaging changes. It would have prevented me from hyperventilating and doing my own due diligence with the material I already had. Otherwise I love their products and will stick with this company. By the way, their phone support is refreshingly comforting and knowledgeable, a rarity these days. Kudos.

It works very well with children’s Tylenol or Advil bottles—they stay securely in place and are very well made.

These caps are great to place in bottles that contain liquid medication that has to be dispensed using a syringe without a needle. However, make sure that you measure the diameter of the bottle to be used on, since there are different sizes which vary by millimeters n diameter. Good caps!
