I got this Sporting Goods Protection Plan for a self-inflating airbed. After only a few uses, the bed developed a leak, and would no longer stay inflated. I initiated a claim; the most difficult part was that they required photos of the "front and back" of the item, along with photos of the damaged part. Since it wasn't possible to provide a picture of the leaking seam, and it's not easy to tell the front from the back of an airbed, it took several submissions of various photos and a few emails to clarify my claim. However, after review, Asurion did issue me an Amazon gift card for the full replacement cost. All in all, I'm very satisfied with their responses (when I wrote back to their e-mails requesting further information, someone responded the next day). I will certainly consider purchasing Asurion insurance again.

Wish I could rate five stars for this warranty but I cannot. I had to cancel product that came with this warranty because the product was defective. I did however receive my refund from this warranty on this product and the product itself. I will say in the past I have purchased this warranty from other products that I own not related to Amazon purchases. The warranty did serve its purpose. The product that I used this warranty under I was so happy I purchased that extra protection. I was able to get a new product all because I had this protection plan FREE of charge. Ease of claim just call the number on this warranty and I gave them the product info I purchased I told them what happened and my new product was on the way. They even gave me a paid return label and box to ship the broken product back to them. All for FREE! I say little extra protection won’t hurt one bit. Saves you time and money.

My wife really loves it

I have an under desk pedaler that I purchased in November 2024 and recently it started making noise and getting harder to pedal. At the time I had also purchased the Asurion 2 yr extended warranty so I filed an online claim. Immediately they approved the claim and deposited into my Amazon account a full refund for the pedaler. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
