There is enough for two meals from this one pouch so, for me, the price is ok (though I remember when these meal packets were significantly cheaper - inflation is crazy). Spice level is NOT SPICY, even for me, a person who generally can't handle too much heat. So if you are looking for spicy you will have to add your own hot sauce or spices because this will likely be very bland for you. The texture and quality are on par with previous brands I have enjoyed. These packets are a great base for a healthy meal. I generally take one half packet and combine with a generous portion of vegetables (and no rice). In addition to broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots I also add some sweet peas. Very satisfying without being too heavy. If the price lowers this would likely become a stable in my pantry. An ideal "struggle meal" that takes little effort to make.

These have a nice hearty flavor. Good protein and fiber, easily prepared, and affordable. I don't know what others pair it with, but it's always white rice for me. Most people will get two portions out of this 10oz size, assuming you pair it with rice.

Combine with Tasty rice and it's a nice snack.

They were pretty good. Not my favorite, and they didn't really taste like tikka masala to me, more like a regular masala sauce. Not as creamy.

The Tasty Bite Organic Madras Lentils are fantastic! Easy to prepare - pshhhh one minute in the micro and BAYUMMMMmmie! You good to go. TBH, you do need something to go with this and the natural thing is a base of rice. So, depending on what you have rice-wise, it could be a tad more than one minute of prep time. Addressing the elephant in this here room: The packaging says there are "about two" servings. Let's be honest here. This package is made for one serving. Period. The package says there are 10 ounces or 285 grams of product inside. It also states that 2/3 cups or 140 grams is a single serving. This is the loophole in the USA package labeling requirements. We US folk are weird compared to the rest of the world. Everyone else uses metric, and we pullin' our out calculators to try to figgrout what it really means. And the food packagers know that. Having said that, 10 ounces is 283.5 grams. 1.5 grams doesn't seem like much but that pulls into question the entire nutrition information and ingredients. Now, I am not going to stop eating this goodness! But this does need to be fixed. (I'm making another order today!)

Add this to rice or mashed potatoes for a quick and easy (and tasty) meal. It takes, like, 90 seconds to heat up.
