I have been using this product every day for over a month and only had to charge the case once. They automatically connect to your Bluetooth device (once paired) when either earbud is taken out the case. Auto charge when placed back in the wireless charging case. The sound quality is great. You will also get notified when the charge (of your earbuds) are low. Easy control for answering and ending calls by tapping the earbud. Not suited for hours of (all day) business calls, using 'both' earbuds; an hour or two is fine, but will then need to charge both earbuds at the same time. If using for many calls, I suggest using one earbud at a time. I have read some reviews that say that one earbud or both have stopped charging or does not charge; I have also found this myself. It is easy to put the earbuds back slightly out of position, so they will not charge; to make sure they are charging, look for the blue ring of light around each earbud! (The lights will go out when fully charged). If you move the case, remember to check that the earbuds are in position if you want them to charge! (Also, there is a small 'L' and 'R' just below and between the two charging connection points on each earbud). Make sure they fit into the corresponding places in the case. They arrive with assorted sizes of fittings for the earbuds (these may be made from a type of latex/rubber and need to check if you have an allergy(my ears have been itchy))! The charging cable is extremely short; a regular android charger will fit. Over all a great product at a brilliant price.

Connected immediately to my iphone straight out of the box. Sound quality is great. When you take them out of the charging box and put them in your ear you hear a voice in your ear saying 'power on' and then 'connected' and you are ready to go. The charging box is amazing - charge it up and you have hours and hours of earbud charge time. I don't know how long as my buds have never run out of charge as I put them back in box each time and I charge the box maybe every three or four days. I also use them for work phone calls and they work great for that. The only think is I tend to walk around when I am talking and keep leaving my phone on my desk and walking off out of range - my fault not the buds as I am so used to having earphones connected by wires to my phone. Also the connection doesn't work sometimes if the phone is in your pocket under too many layers of clothes but fair enough. I really like these ear buds and have also bought some for my son who loves them. Beautifully packaged (a bit like opening a new phone) and easy to understand instructions for how to advance track, rewind, etc just by tapping or double tapping either left of right ear bud. Great product.

So far the earbuds seem to work well. One of the main reasons I bought these was to use them when I go running. I havent been able to do that yet. They feel like they will stay in my ears ! The pack comes with extra ear cushions, 3 different sizes which is helpful. The item is easy to charge. Sound quality is good. Comfortable to wear. A reasonable alternative to the more expensive ear cans.

As far as build and comfort go with these I can't fault them. The charging component is nice compact and neat. Now here comes the big BUT.....!!! As with music you want a bit (or in my case, alot of base and treble clarity). These have nice treble (but not great) with absolutely NO BASS whatsoever. These are sub standard for music listening (a joke actually). I purchased a pair on Ebay for a lot less than half the price, which are far better than these (both bass and clarity). Deep bass as stated in the description is not true at all. Not happy, I've returned these for a refund... Latest update.... I received a full refund, the seller is fair and genuine, so full marks to them. Overall view: product is OK (if you're not fussy in the sound department), the seller is very good...the bottom line is this product is a waste of time and certainly a true waste of money. Get a set of Veroras bluetooth headphones as I did, which I highly recommend at £20, they are brilliant...

For the price they are what I would expect. I would have given Star more but the right hand bud keeps getting warm so I will be sending them back. Shame. Didn't send them back in the end, couldn't be bothered. (With Vivid and all that). Left hand bud still going strong and I quite like wearing just the one when out and about or when watching TV and YouTube at the same time.

They work well. Buds connect in seconds on removal from the charging case. It is possible to use just one bud for phone calls. Sound quality is quite good. Calls via Bluetooth with my phone are crystal clear but calls via my laptop on Teams were not so good. This may be an issue with the laptop or Teams rather than the buds. Buds do not seem to have active noise cancelling but do block out most background noise in the office when playing music at a moderate volume. Sound quality is ok for the price but not nearly as good my branded over ear headphones. Battery life is excellent. I've used the buds for a few hours without having to recharge. The case delivers many charges to the buds without the need to plug in and can be used to charge a phone battery.

Got these with a £5 discount making them even cheaper. Phone found them in seconds(galaxy s7 edge). Voice (female) spoke clearly to let me know. Wasn't expecting awesome sound at £28 but I was shocked. They are brilliant. Very comfortable & don't move when in your ears. Tried allsorts of music from classical to heavy rock & the sound is easily aa good as my old airpods(lost 1 when it dropped out while riding) & samsung buds(my son nicked) Battery lasts 6.5 hours for music & around 5.5 hours for music & calls. Usually recharged in under an hour. Charged them 4 times & case still says 97% charged so hundreds more hours to go before I need to recharge it. I definately recomend these 100% to anyone needing earphones. At the price I will be buying a second pair so i can keep one pair in the case charging/charged ready to swap when 1st pair run low thus i can listen to my music without the 1 hour charging wait.

I've had a habit of buying Bluetooth earphones that are still partially wired from brands such as Kitsound and found that the wire was the main part letting them all down! This time I decided to go fully wireless. These earphones click into place in their carry case to charge (remember to remove the strip of tape covering the sensors!) and work well as either a pair or just one earbud on its own. Short presses to them play and pause and long presses skip to either the previous (left earbud) or next (right earbud) song. The carry case also doubles as a portable charger for any other device with a micro-USB or USB-C port. The handy digits in the middle show the percentage of charge left in the case so you know exactly when to charge it up. You can easily use these for 4-5 hours at a moderate volume before they tell you "Please charging" translating as 'Please charge me.' Pairing to phones is incredibly easy too.
