This was the first time I've seriously used ginseng. I knew for a very long time that Korean Ginseng was legendary and was highly sought after in ancient Asian history. After stirring it in a coffee mug, I tasted it. I decided it would be nicer to add some organic raw honey, about a teaspoon and was very happy with the results. I normally would crave soda, diet Pepsi or something similar but I haven't had much of it because this is so much better. I don't feel anything special honestly, it's nothing like a sugar or caffeine boost. The sensation is more like feeling more balanced. I have never left a review for a product I bought before. This product has made me feel so energized, I felt it was worth the time to leave a review. I bought this for general health. Health wise I don’t feel any different, but as a nice side effect my finger nails have started to grow long and healthy! And my nails have always been super soft and brittle. So it must be working. I have a little in tea every morning.
