Loved it. Used this with pork, beef and venison sausages. The flavor is outstanding and better than what I can mix up at home. Even used it on dry cure and it was fantastic. Make sure you add curing salt #2 if you hang cure

Great seasoning

I raise cat Katahdin meat sheep and love their mild flavor. The first batch of sausage I made I felt that the LEM Seasoning recipe was too strong, so we made another batch using just 50% of the LEM seasoning and everyone raved how good it was compared to the first batch. When I make sausage or bulk burger I like to know by taste if I’m eating Elk, venison or lamb. This seasoning easily makes 50 pounds compared to the recipe calling for 25 pounds.

Great taste

We process a lot of deer meat, and Lems products have not let us down yet!! We have made so much sausage and will continue to do so! Easy and taste great!! We love the flavor!! Highly recommend!

The Italian seasoning flavor is really great but this needs to have half to three quarters of the salt removed.
