Works great.
I bought this to provide heating to my golf cart's lithium battery bank. Winter temps here are in the single digits and that's not good for lithium. So I put 12 volt silicone heater pads under the battery and used this converter to drop the battery voltage (48 volt nominal) to 12 volts. Those heaters were on all winter long 24hrs a day... The unit works well and is still working.

This is tiny !
This is the size of a brownie. Four wires and almost impossible to wire up incorrectly. Compare this to early 2000 step down regulator / buck converter on your 36/48v golf cart. The unit seems to be technologically advanced and mating it to a fuse block ensures no LED lights, Stereo, Cell phone charger, etc is safe against over load.

Very good value for the money and voltage output was as expected. It worked great on my golf cart with lithium batteries to supply power for lights. It didn't get hot to touch.

Great solution 48v golf cart
Used this with my lithium conversion on a 2005 ParCar. It’s been around a month and reliable.It comes with an inline fuse on the input, I’ve added one on the output, which goes to a fuse block.Running lights, underflow, horn, no issue. Probably a total of 5amps routinely, I have not maxed out this unit.

Cost was good value and it works very well. I am running to to step down the power from a 48volt PV system to run a large 12volt refrigerator freezer.
