While I am the only Keto eater at this house, it prevents others from wanting to have pasta and so they all miss out because of me. The carb count on this spaghetti pasta is so low and healthy that on Keto it is totally ok for me to enjoy it. That makes it possible for us all to have a pasta meal even if we have different kinds for each of us. It cooks up fast and follow the directions for best a dente results. It smells and tastes a lot like canned artichokes so if you like that, this is a good choice. The thickness of the pasta is much like having a flour based spaghetti. Other than the cost I am totally impressed with this purchase. A great item for now and then as a spaghetti dinner. Or with butter and seasoning. Being a 3 pack helps with the cost and I wish the angel hair choice came in a 3 pack as I like that thinner version a bit more.

I was hoping this pasta tasted good but it didn't. I been looking for a gluten free pasta that taste good. Yeas ago I found a pasta made out of Jerusalem Artichokes and the taste was awesome, however, I haven't been able to find it anywhere or any other gluten free pasta that taste good.

I liked these easy to use, and taste was good... not like pasta, but good for what they are... Palm Hearts! When you are doing Keto these are a good substitute for actual pasta... I have tried several different kinds of alternative pastas and this one is not bad!

The product is classified as gluten free, plant based and I bought it as it is also keto friendly. Not impressed with the packaging...micr9waved briefly...mixed in my meat sauce, spinkled with parmesan...looked forward to the first mouthful....took a bite and I felt it was crunchy like a cross before a bean sprout and a shitake mushroom....not impressed...will not buy again

Just tried this for the first time after a friend mentioned this type “noodle”. If you like spaghetti squash, you will likely like this. You don’t get much, but it’s sooo much easier than cutting/cooking the squash, and I preferred this anyway. I’m the only one that eats this way, so I typically waste some of the ss. I’ll buy again for sure. Mind you, I’ve not eaten regular pasta in a long time. Some gluten free pasta is OK, but it’s STILL some sort of flour, and I’ve not figured out for sure if it’s gluten or just flour in general that my system doesn’t like. I tried it initially just rinsing, then heating a little for my pasta sauce. It was ok. I then added some of the noodles to boiling water for five minutes. Not mushy, but pretty soft. I kept the extra in a baggie, and added sauce, meat to eat the next day. Still pretty good. I’ve been missing spaghetti, so I got my fix. Yay!

The taste was much more than I expected, and it was easy to fix. I really enjoyed the flavor of the noodles, which I fixed like I would have regular pasta. It's different. It doesn't taste like pasta, but the flavor was refreshing. I put the noodles in with the sauce and let it simmer a bit. No gummy flavor, not chewy and not mushy. I will definitely order this again.

Giving this 2 stars because the taste wasn't terrible. It was easy to prepare, and just needed to be heated up. But this will never be a pasta substitute. It tastes like a mild vegetable - but nothing close to pasta. I'm doing the Whole30 eating plan and this seems to be a popular choice for people. I prefer spaghetti squash to this. Also this was very expensive for just 9 oz. Better off eating vegetables or squash.

After reading a couple of bad reviews about this product, I was skeptical of trying it. But since I am a pasta lover In a low carb diet, I decided to give it a try. I simply do not understand how people would give only one star for this Natural Heaven. I am literally in heaven right now. This is by far the most amazing pasta substitute I have ever tried in my life. I was so sick of having to eat zucchini noodles. And who are chickpeas noodles comparing to this delicious Palm hearts pasta? For those who want to eat healthy, this one is a must try. You will not regret it. It is so easy to prepare. I am going to order more right now. The price could be a little better😁, but it is totally worth it. I am so in love with this! ❤️🍝
