Let's just get this out of the way immediately: they aren't nearly as tasty as a great homemade cookie recipe executed perfectly, like when you get that crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside thing going on. I'd give them a 2.5/5 on an all-cookie scale, but a 5/5 on a packaged, mass market cookie scale... ultimately a 3.5/5 cookie experience for me. You'd be hardpressed to find a better cookie outside of a bakery or a home. If you really like a crispy cookie, you're going to love these. The quality is obviously *much* higher than junk like Famous Amos or Chips Ahoy. These taste like real butter and real chocolate, because that's what they're made with. $5 a pack is a decent value, I think, but it'd be nice if they improved the packaging somehow because a lot of cookies were shattered. These aren't too exciting to me, but I'll bump my rating up to 4/5 because I appreciate the quality ingredients (no vegetable oil or any weird chemicals etc etc).
