Yeah but if you use a magnet and it sticks they’ll be fine most pans are induction now though

Yes you can vary the power level via a sliding scale 1 to 9 power output . No problems works fine excellent.

please confirm you can hardwire the oven and hob which is my current set up. I'm replacing a cracked hob that I had for 10 years

The Hob must be Hard Wired to a suitable Outlet. I replaced my also cracked Hob with this Unit and just copied the original installation. Hope that helps.
