I was a little worried about this purchase as it is with buckwheat hulls and I wondered if it would be clean. It is completely clean and definitely no bugs inside 😃. So much better to sit on with my bad back and old knees and gives me more height than 3 or 4 cushions stacked up. Cover is nice and strong and a handy handle. Good product.

This is a very high quality meditation cushion and I’ve been really pleased with it. The fabric is really nice and thick, and looks and feels very natural. The filling inside is very comfortable to sit on. Highly recommended.

Though I'm small myself I find that for meditating this cushion is a little small but you can remove some of the chips if you find it too hard which gives a better balance. The red material is very nice (subdued but bright). A bit expensive but nicely finished

I took one of these cushions on a 10-day vipassana retreat and it was perfect - far more comfortable and supportive than the squishy blue yoga blocks provided by the centre. Present Mind cushions are quite firm and have a good height, which relieves the hips and encourages proper posture. I was able to sit upright for hours. All in all, a great purchase and it has transformed my meditation practice. Highly recommended.

Wanted something comfortable and firm to sit on for meditation and this cushion is just the thing. It's hard but not too hard, retains it's shape really well. Helps to make sure that I'm sitting upright in a good position. Quality is excellent and colour Dark Blue blends in with other furnishings. Beats sitting on a pile of normal cushions!

Bought this to help my 9 year old mini dachshund get up and down off chairs and sofas. Correct height but not wide enough for her to get all four paws on it while jumping down. So now it’s a footstool. Well made with a cover you can take off. Would be good for yoga too as firm.

I really had to convince myself to buy what I thought was an unnecessary item. It is however, extremely useful if you meditate regularly. It keeps my hips tilted forward and back straight which in turn helps me keep my focus as opposed to fall asleep (which I can do if I sit still for more than 30 seconds). I've used it for meditations of up to 20 minutes and been engaged the whole time. Some reviewers say it's smaller than they thought it would be - the dimensions are in the product info, check them! It's just big enough for my backside (average height and weight). It's firm enough and because it's filled with wheat husks, once you sit on it, it does not continue to flatten under you. Very comfortable, I'm so glad I got it.

This is surprisingly comfortable and the perfect hardness to sit on. I already have improved my posture since using it. I love the colour too. Convenient cover comes off to wash too and the handle comes in useful. Absolutely love it!
