Just buy this cheesecloth. Superb quality! 10 stars!!
Unbelievably good quality for making soymilk. Unlike another brand I bought, a single layer of this cheesecloth can handle sieving a quart of thick soymilk evenly, even when stressed during the wringing process, there were no holes in the weave for the sediment to squirt through. A single cloth can strain 3 quarts of soymilk and produce very dry soybean residue/okara without failure. If I could give this brand/product 10 stars, I would. Great value for money!!!!

Great product
I use these cheese cloths for everything recently the most use is from filtering raw cows milk. We use to only use a fine metal strainer and it worked "well" but I orders these to see if they could filter more dirt out with out taking too much of the cream out of the milk. And they work wonderful the amout of particals these catch is outstanding and it lets all the cream through as well. They are easy to wash and clean after every use!

The gold standard of cheesecloths
A cheesecloth is a little thing until you need it. Then you need it to be dependably clean, organic, just the right mesh, and able to stand up to the use you're putting it to. Generally they are going to be used to strain something related to food. So cheesecloth has always been the standard, flimsy cloth and I like it. But once in awhile you come across a company that has decided they are going to be the gold standard of their product. This company made that decision. I just got mine for yoghurt straining and got excited when I opened the package because I could see these were the cheesecloths of my dreams; the right mesh, well hemmed, inexpensive, and will be easy to wash and a breeze to dry in the sun on my clothes line. I have them in the wash right now and am using mild soap with no scent that's easily rinsed out and won't leave any tell-tail scents or tastes. Then into the sun to dry and then let the straining begin! Great little company, even their little box is from recycled paper. Great, not one spec of throw away. I feel good.

Pleasantly surprised
I did not realize this was reusable - I'm really happy with it! Its a tighter, more stable weave than most cheesecloth. Because of the hemmed edge I can throw it in the wash. I strain a lot of medicinal herbs and this is going to be amazing and way more environmentally friendly than continually throwing away cheesecloth - even if it is organic cotton in the first place. Love this. Will buy more for gifts.
